they made me sit in a waiting room for an hour and a half, only to have to ask for my keys back. They told me they had no wait, and they never started even after the hour and a half. I should invoice them for that, bet they'd be faster if they got charged for wasting time rather than the reverse.

Honestly I’m disappointed in this location. I’ve been a customer of Firestone for years.This is my second time coming to this location and I won’t be back. First when you walk in you should be greeted at any proper business. There is no customers inside and the manager wasn’t doing anything, but ignored me standing there for awhile. The least you should do is a “hello, I’ll be with you in just a moment” anything is better than ignoring people. Customer service is important I don’t care what anyone says. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be in it…. Then he goes on to talk about how their location isn’t doing well with business and on their business call he gets blamed for it. Why are you saying this to customers? (First thought was you are going to try and charge people for things they don’t need to get your numbers up. )Making an appointment then taking walk ins over your vehicle is ridiculous. Not honoring appointments is bad business. Also when you call and they lie to tell you they have your parts in stock just to get your business, but after an hour of being in the shop they have to order the parts to come in doesn’t make sense.Another issue is the very bad bug problem you have at this location and dirty sitting area. Ants cover the floor there and while sitting on your chairs ants crawling all over me. You think you should spray maybe? Watch your bags or you will bring some home. The windows are still not fixed from over two months ago? I’m assuming this location is just going down hill.

Recently bought a new tire here, then after only a few weeks I has another screw in the same tire. They repaired the tire for free for me. Great service!

Do not come to this Firestone. Horrible service, super long wait even with an appointment. The place wasn’t even busy and it took 3 hours for an oil change.

We were traveling cross country and having an issue with a tire sensor. The staff was friendly and responsive- checked the pressure and our tires right away. Giving up peace of mind to carry on!

Do Not go to this place for service on your car. My Sons breaks were squeaky and Firestone told us the brakes were fine. They also told us that one rear shock was blown. They did not replace the breaks, and wanted $1000 dollars!! For a rear shock?. I took the car somewhere else. Needless to say this shop said yes the breaks should be replaced, and NO, the shock is not blown. Im glad I know a little about cars. BTW, I also called the Dealership and they told me a rear shock with labor should run me around $300 dollars. REALLY FIRESTONE. people trust your "name brand" and they should not.

The Manager or whoever was at the check-in desk, was not very friendly, in fact he was rude. I explained what I thought was going on with my car. He went out, came back in & told me I had a blow out. I asked if someone could change it for me, he said "Don't you want a new tire", I told hum I got the tires from another company. He said a new tire from Firestone would be $220, I told him that my tires have a warranty on them. I asked if someone could change the tire for me, due to my Son had back surgery last month. Needless to say my Son had to come & change the tire. That man at Firestone was a total JERK.

I really appreciated the personal attention I received. And the attention to detail.The atmosphere was positive, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.The guys were very busy but were able to get my vehicle in the shop on time.I do recommend making an appointment.I did, and it really paid off.I drove 45 minutes to this location, and it was a very good first impression.The supervisor on duty was Evan, and he conducted himself like a seasoned professional.He was respectful and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.He gets 5 stars as well.Thanks to everyone at this Firestone location for making this a great overall experience.
