The personnel at the desk didn't check to see if I had road hazard on my Bridgestone tires and charged me for flat repair. After I returned with my receipt from glovebox he changed his mind but he should have checked that first.

My car had a tire blow out on Friday night. I submitted an online appointment for Saturday for a tire replacement. The location called on Saturday and I explained why I was trying to get the tire replaced. They let me know they did not have the tire in stock and did not get deliveries on Sunday so we needed to set my appointment on Monday. I agreed to the appointment change on Monday, and thought that was it. Little did I know the location was calling around trying to find my tire which they did. They then called me back saying they were able to get it by Sunday after all. They did not have to do that extra push, but the extra day and going above and beyond for a customer was meaningful as my family needs two cars. This location has won a customer over from this exceptional service!

Just like experiences at other Firestone locations in the past this one continues the tradition of bad or nonexistent customer service. I give up on Firestone and will not consider them in the future in any location. They operated as if they’re doing the customer a favor by providing a service.

I've been fortunate to have nothing but great customers service here and fair prices with solid repairs. They always try to get me in and out as quickly as possible without shortcutting the repair quality.

Went in at 6pm because had a flat yards from the store. Told me couldn’t help me until tomorrow. They close at 7pm! Begged because I have an early appointment tomorrow and still refused. Never coming back and will let anyone know that I can.

Clay was fantastic. Knowledgeable, honest and patient with the needs of my mom’s truck. He couldn’t have been nicer. He took his time with us and for that, we’ll be back.

Every time we have gone here the different men at the front counter have been so welcoming and helpful. Manuel, the manager, has helped us twice to get our tires filled and has helped us connect to a place where they had our tires after taking time to put them in the garage and assess them at no charge. I appreciate the work they do, the speed at which they do things, as well as their professionalism. I don’t usually post but wanted to say THANK YOU several times!!

2 hour plus wait for an inspection. I realize shops don’t like to do these as they are non revenue generation but that’s nuts for something that takes 10 minutes if even that.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed it was $227.00 I brought air filters told them if they could use them fine if not no big deal. They did not check or change any air filters. They finished my oil change in a timely manner however they never checked anything else on the car. Never topped off the fluids or check if needed, didn't check anything extra. So I call them and he said I would have had to ask for a courtesy check or the person that took care of me would have asked me. I told them I was not asked nor would have I known I was supposed to ask there is no sign so I can't read minds. He told me I could bring it back in and it will take another 45-hour for them to check everything. Well I just won't go back there. I should have taken it where I always take it but since I now live in Dripping Springs I thought I would try somewhere close to home. Wrong answer live and learn

My wife has now had a tire that needed replaced a few months ago and the level of disrespect she received was horrible. But they put new tire on and she thought this was maybe a one off situation. Today she had to go back as tire was leaking and was treated horrible again and said she will never be back and their reply was good. Stay away from this place. I will send people to pay more where they are treated decent.

Make an appointment for a tire then be forced to wait for 2 hours. This is my 2nd attempt at using Firestone to service one of my vehicles, Dont waste your time.

It's hard to get in because I believe this is the only Firestone in all of Georgetown but Joey and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of their customer's needs. All Firestone's are not created equal, but this location here is the cream of the crop.

I bought six tires from. Firestone last April 22 for my F350 dually. In January, while driving, one of my tires had a sidewall blowout. I brought the truck into Lockhart Firestone, and they replaced the tire for me. The problem was that even though the tire was less than a year old and under warranty/road hazard with less than 1,000 miles on it, they charged me $105 for the tire. I paid $271 per tire, not even a year ago. I will never go to a Firestone again. I have used Firestone for 20 years of using Firestone in 6 states.

Went in to have a faulty TPMS changed, figured an hour tops but I was there for almost 3 hours. Some issues getting the tires off with the weather which I get, but not much communication without me asking. They gave me some discounts for the wait which I appreciate and bumped them up a star here for it.
