Working with Felicia for the last few years has been a great experience to say the least. I had my taxes done by a CPA for years and never felt as if I was getting all that I paid for. Felicia is very professional and has always made herself available for any/all questions that I've had regarding tax credits (especially during the pandemic). Following her advice has lowered my tax liability and helped me in starting my business a year ago (which she is also doing accounting and taxes for). Felicia at Financial Fixation has been my tax accountant for the last 4 and has exemplified excellent service! Before using her, I did not have a structured database/platform of my previous business files. DON'T DO IT. Felicia was totally unprepared, unorganized, and failed to meet deadlines. Additionally she negotiated a 1k retainer for the work I had asked for. She only did one of the two years and she stole an additional 6k from my bank account without my permission. Her work is worthless, I'll have to pay someone else to come in after her and clean up the mess she left.

Felicia is awesome. She communicated very well over email to set up our appointment. She was friendly and polite from the moment we met for our appointment and she is very knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns.
