I'm surprised by the largely 5-star ratings. It's OK but not great, after visiting today. That was a bummer because I was excited about the location and potential. I'm looking for a bright workspace, adjustable desks and good chairs, and good monitors. I couldn't find that combination at this location. There is, indeed, quite a bit of clutter. There are some adjustable sit/stand desks, but several are not functioning. There are some monitors to use, but they're actually Magnavox televisions with very low resolution. The person working the front door was helpful and direct, but not very welcoming.Could I have made it work? yesWould I have paid for it? no

It's a nice inclusive co-working space with almost all the major amenities. Liked it.

I got a free day pass online prior to coming to fibercove. When I arrived I told the front desk my name and that I had a day pass. She told me it would be $35. I told her that online it said it was free and she told me I could only stay for 4 hours so I’d have to leave by 1. Okay fine but maybe that should be better advertised online. I asked if there were private spaces to have meetings and she told me I’d have to book a room for $25+ an hour. I was able to find a desk in a pretty quiet area and take my meeting there. I didn’t bother with the kitchen because of other reviews saying it’s for members only. I ended up spending the rest of my workday at a friend’s house.

Not a fan. Looks cluttered and not well taken care of. I signed up for a free trial day. No one was at the desk to greet me. Finally ran into a staff member who was not very friendly. I asked about coffee (which was listed as an amenity) and she said it was really for members but said I could have a cup. Clearly no one is trying to get my business.

My go-to coworkspace in Austin. STRONG wifi always. The staff is nothing short of AWESOME. You have access to a variety of desks, chairs, sit-stands, stools and different areas where you can sit at your preferred height and comfort. As a member or day-pass holder you have access to self-serve coffee, espresso, sodas and sometimes local beers to try -for after work of course! ;) There are a lot of monitors available (although I have to admit, some are a bit dated rgb/dvi-d inputs and even with a conversion cable they do not work with my M1 macbook). If you need a meeting room they've got what you need (schedule early if you can). Since they are part of a plaza, there is a HUGE parking lot towards the back... if you're in Austin, you know parking can be a major issue, so this is a huge boon.

The elevated monitors, adjustable desks, and ergonomic chairs are a huge plus! I've tried about 6 different coworking spaces in Austin and this is definitely the most productivity friendly. The entrepreneurial and creative vibe is the cherry on top.

Best coworking space I've been to! So much better that WeWork. Adjustable height desks, proper office chairs, external monitors, great snacks, great community, and relatively quiet office. I like that they have two big rooms, one is more if people want to be on the phone and the other, you're not allowed to talk on the phone in the space (people have been, but they're taking it seriously and trying to keep it quiet). They have lots of conference rooms and phone booth to take calls from. Kim is really great. There's events organized and it seems really easy to meet people. They really need to open more of these!

fibercove has proven to be a fantastic coworking space. The working areas are open without feeling chaotic or loud. There are a variety of meeting rooms and private spaces of all different sizes, for taking calls or group events. The office administrator, Kim, is friendly and helpful if you need assistance with any of various tech accommodations on offer. And the large kitchen area is always kept stocked with a good variety of snacks and drinks. I started working here as a temporary solution between private offices, but after almost two years I'm in no hurry to leave.

I came here for co-working via DeskPass and I loved it. In their hot desk area, they have plenty of different height sitting, standing, and sit/stand desks, plus plenty of free-to-use monitors floating around. Also, many different places to refill on water. Those three things make the world of a difference to me. I had a very productive day, and knocked out a lot of quality work.Check in was above and beyond. They gave me a welcome sheet with WiFi information, and extra codes for each of my devices. Way to anticipate my needs. Customer experience here is phenomenal.Parking is also pretty great, and anyone who knows me knows how much I hate circling for parking. 5/5 would repeat.
