Good to know that there is still good service out there! A new pre-owned Ferrari owner, I wanted to get an idea of the overall mechanical and cosmetic condition of the car…Start out right. As a previous employee of the dealership, I already knew how honest and straight forward they were to other Sales and Service customers, but now I know 1st hand! Started with a checklist of “needs and wants” and prioritized from there. James, Chris, Zach, Duke (and others I am sure) made it all come together! There were some external issues that together we resolved, but the end result was complete satisfaction! ~Thanks Again for a 5 Star experience!

James and the team including Chris M in the service dept. at Ferrari of Austin have been stellar. They are always quick to respond, provide clarity and options. There is no hard sell, and always a sense of care for the customer. Plus getting a tour of the garage is always a treat! The front desk is also very professional, and follows up with any calls that may need to be left for anyone on voicemail. I am very happy with my experience at this location.
