I needed some assistance while away for a business conference, and the FedEx office was able to help. Not only did they help with the service I needed to complete timely, the customer service was above and beyond. I can't believe how geniwinly nice the team members were here. Thank you so very much!

I was so impressed with Mr.Kale at Fed Ex in the Fairmont l had to give him an Honorable mention. I've got a recent Parkinson's diagnosis and it's virtually changed my whole landscape, when l went in to have my package delivered l was pretty much clueless as to the process of getting the ticket off my E-mail, further my phone wasn't holding it's signal and when too much stuf hits me at one time with Parkinson's l get real anxious and things have attendancy to get super clouded. I shared my dilemma with Kale and his professionalism, customer support, and good manners kicked into high gear. Kale explained the process of transferring data from my e-mail, while he handled the glitches my phone was creating do to my phone dropping it's signal. All the while making sure l was ok, and making me feel like l was Parkinson's free.Kale is mannerable, and sharp at his job, l was absolutely impressed and blessed, it was really refreshing the way he put me at ease. He is a true professional, and an absolute gift.Kyle represents hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency which in turn reflects an awesome light on Fed-ex. Simply put the young man is good for business. I left the store feeling absolutely uplifted. Thanks to a good employee with excellent customer service. Took an hour to get one document printed and charged more than double what FedEx typically charges. Strongly recommend going to a different location (this is in a hotel with no convenient parking and is more of an amenity for hotel guests than an actual working FedEx location)

The personnel, which included TJ, Ralf and Nava all assisted me to ensure my shipping needs were fully taken care of, and they did so in a very professional, speedy and thorough manner. I was in a big rush to get this done, and I am beyond happy that these FedEx office employees were able to help me get my shipping needs handled in time for me to catch my Lyft ride in time. My experience was seamless and the cost to do so was much more reasonable than expected. I will definitely be using FedEx office again because I know I will be taken good care of when I do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Located on the 2nd floor inside of the Fairmont Hotel. Left after the escalator.They provide the labels if you just happened not to have a printer. (No one does)JT was super helpful too. Very easy process ?

Coming here was the biggest waste of my time. The rates that they pulled up to overnight my 2lb. box were $50 more than what was shown online. When the clerk quoted me $140(!!!!), I told him it showed up as $97 online. He asked "when did you check?" and I said "last night" and he said "the rates change every day". So I called my boyfriend on the spot, who was at home, and he double checked the rates online for me. Sure enough the rates were STILL showing up as $97. TOTAL SCAM!

I had driven all over town trying to print a prepaid shipping label and found this FedEx location inside the Fairmont hotel. All the hotel staff were super helpful with helping me locate the FedEx and TJ, the store manager, was so kind and knowledgeable. He got to me right away and went above and beyond. I had to go online and make a review immediately because my experience stood out so much. Thanks for the help TJ! You really made my day so much easier!

BEST SERVICE EVER, and I should know. My company ships via FedEx all over the lower 48, and at the end of each job, I have equipment that I have to ship. On 03/27/20, I arrived at the NICEST FedEx Office I’ve ever been to. I was greeted immediately, and taken care of perfectly. I didn’t need a receipt for the packages I dropped off, but the kind staff had my receipt ready before I could even leave, with my tracking number circled. I wish every FedEx Office was the way this one is! Thanks crew!
