This place is the worst. Not only is the turn in and parking lot awful but so are are several of their employees! When I first went to pick up my package they told me it was not at their location and to check the Walgreens in their area. (For context I had a very big package: a bed frame so no way it was at a Walgreens location). When I asked them to double check where it might be they said they couldn’t. I then called several Walgreens locations where they had more kindness and understanding than any employee at fedex. I then called the customer service number at fedex but the robot could not give me any information. I checked tracking and last known location was all the way in Pfluegerville. I then drove to the location there where they gave me the number for fedex ground. I called that number to be told my package was INDEED AT THIS LOCATION. When I went back and caused a fuss they finally checked their computers and cameras to see that an employee had left my package outside in the open parking lot unattended and it was taken by a different van going on a route. I had to come back the next day after wasting 3-4 hours just trying to find my package. When I went back to get it employees were cracking jokes about the “problem package” and made all sorts of snide comments. They then could not figure out how to move /get my 50lb box out of the store. I ended up just grabbing it from them and carrying it myself. (I have had dog food bags that weighed more and made several attempts to just take it kindly and quickly since it seemed they had no idea how to move through their own store). Overall the vibes were bad and kinda sexist. I will not be coming back. ESPECIALLY because of Amy. No apologies for wasting my time, money and energy over their mistake of not putting the minimum effort into their jobs. The manager and black guy were very nice (in case y’all actually read this)

I strongly advise against ordering prints or signage from FedEx, and specifically this Fedex location, due to my recent experience. I was significantly overcharged for a simple print order, billed $270 instead of the expected $81. When I sought assistance from the store staff, they were unhelpful and insisted that any changes to online orders must be handled by their online representatives. Yet, when I contacted the support team, they redirected me back to the store, stating that since the order was picked up in-store, they were responsible for addressing the issue. This led to a frustrating and unresolved endless loop.I made additional attempts to resolve the issue through their online dispute resolution page on their website, but it was a waste of time as it simply led to a '404' error page. The lack of effective communication and responsibility between the store and the online service team has been deeply disappointing.The attached image clearly shows that my order should have been billed at $75 plus tax, amounting to an additional $6.19. This pricing was after applying a $175 bulk order discount. However, the system failed to apply this discount and instead charged me the full $250, plus a higher tax of $20.63, completely disregarding the promised discount.After two months of back-and-forth, my issue remains unresolved. I regret choosing FedEx for same-day prints. I highly recommend using Office Max, Sir Speed Print Signs & Marketing, or Quick Print for reliable and hassle-free service. They’ve consistently provided great experiences.

Dropped off two packages on 1/16. Must have been lost by the guy at the front desk. After tracking shipment, there has been no movement. This is for important business purposes. Failure to ship these documents will result in penalties.

Anita and the rest of the team were really helpful in helping us figure out a tricky situation. The water cooler we were shipping accidentally leaked and they were super nice about cleaning it up and helping us figure out an alternative way to ship it once it was fully dried out. Specifically she set it up as a pick up giving us all the stuff we needed to pack it and ship it efficiently once it was dry. This was a tough situation and her and the team did a great job of providing us top level support.

Stopped by here Saturday and I was helped by Anita. Anita went above and beyond to help me work through a problem I was having getting a package out on time. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful but Anita really had my back. I will drive from North Lamar to this location moving forward. Highly recommend.

Came in to ship three sets of papers via express ship. The tall guy (forgot to get his name) was super helpful and friendly explaining the various envelope options and then patiently entering all the addresses for me. Definitely appreciated his attitude and friendliness!

Don’t waste your time. This location offers terrible customer service from onsite management to counter assistance. There is always and issue or some type of inconvenience with either shipping or printing. We usually take our business to another FedEx location and have no issue.

I like this location...accessible and clean. Usually not busy and the employees there are very nice and helpful. I go there for shipping returns and I like the self service too(scan the label or the code, print the receipt, put the package in the big Box and that's it! ). There is plenty of printers there too and very easy to use for all type of ducuments.

I came by to ship an item to Hong Kong, but the representative kept insisting on a postal code. I told her Hong Kong has no postal code, but she kept insisting there is, then the lady behind me, without knowing the matter, sided with the clerk, and thought I should have looked it up (we also tried the 999077 number but didn't work)I verified with 2 sources: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Po…. Postal codes do not exist in Hong Kong. 000s are entered because postal codes do not exist. I hope for the future they will check this instead of assuming I am giving incorrect information.

I have used this fedex office several times and they have always been friendly, helpful and knowledhable. Today they were so helpful I had to post a review, something I rarely do. Really great staff!

I took my passport photo for renewing my indian passport and the photo they took were really a low quality one with shadow on my face and yellowish. I clearly told this wont work as the photo is not even clear or white background. The staff told me that it passes all quality check. I sent the photo along with other documents and the consulate rejected the photo saying it is yellowish and unclear. Now i have to pay extra bugs to take new photos and additional courier charges..!!!very poor customer service.
