Paid for my package would arrive Friday (two days ago), tracking says it still hasn't even shipped. The worst part is they set up their website so you cant talk to a person or file a complaint, you can only use their stupid bots. Believably bad experience and now your just hoping your urgent mail shows up at all.

Had the best experience just now with Rochell at the counter. I had some issues with placing an order online and not only did she walk me through some alternative options, she also gave some great ideas on other ways I could print the postcards I wanted. She laid out all the info for me and was upfront about everything. Extremely professional but also incredibly patient. FedEx on Burnet, yall have a real gem of an employee in your hands. Rudest and Most Unprofessional Customer Service I’ve Ever Had at a Post Office
Ifan was by far the snarkiest and most unhelpful employee I’ve encountered. I was shipping a high-value item and asked a few reasonable questions to ensure everything was in order. Instead of offering assistance, he responded with sarcasm and clear annoyance, as if my questions were a burden.
Strangely, he took the time to recite random facts about the destination address in New York—mentioning the diamond district, nearby streets, and even a performing arts school—all with a smug grin. It felt condescending and completely unnecessary.
Despite apparently knowing a lot about the destination, he was clueless or dismissive when it came to basic FedEx shipping questions—at a FedEx location, no less. Totally unprofessional

Hands down the best printing experience I’ve had at a FedEx! The employees were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. It was such a refreshing and positive experience—I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my printing needs! Rochelle definitely made my experience!

Amber lied about the date of arrival of a very important document shipment, effectively ruining my immigration appointment that I have been waiting on since 2021...the tracking shows standard as opposed to international priority which is what I was charged for...MY ATTORNEY WILL hear about this on Monday morning!

Huge shout out to Lizz and Loly! Ultimately, my desired print project proved too much for the machines BUT they and the rest of the staff were absolutely determined to try EVERY possible trick to produce something workable. Wonderful experience - I needed invitations for my daughter’s birthday printed. Loly was helpful and quick with directing me to the best option with the odd size invites. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Will definitely use this location in the future for printing needs.
