Until recently, this location has been my go-to spot to ship packages. The last time I went here, they tried charging me $82 to ship a 8lb box from Austin to LA. DAYS prior, I shipped an 11lb box FURTHER than that and it cost me $35. Management at this location randomly chose to try and charge me 2x what any decent business would have charged.. and succeeded in losing me as a loyal customer. They also tried charging me $17 for a box?I went to UPS and was able to ship the same package with a box for $44. Pretty pathetic, FedEx.

Everything you need to copy, scan, print + ship.
Unfortunately recent experiences with staff have felt hostile and terse. Sunday Asst Manager Ignatz began barking at me immediately in response to my first question. The man seems perpetually irate and looking for opportunities to be disagreeable. The attitude was completely unnecessary.
Not sure whether the problem is this location or the result of some company-wide policy. Whatever the reason, these folks are sour and surly so be prepared.

I want to express my appreciation for Amber. She was friendly, helpful, and kind, providing excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience with the other employee there was quite the opposite. He was unfriendly and did not assist me or the customer behind me. It's disappointing to see one person carrying all the weight while another is not contributing.
I never post reviews but Amber truly deserves recognition for her hard work.

probably the best experience ive ever had a fedex. some lady was there that was super helpful and friendly. didnt catch her name but shes white and had a pear shaped engagement ring

The staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful. They try to come up with all those reasons when you have a prepackaged item to make more money and scam people..

Always very personable and helpful staff. They also added more staff to the front to handle the rush of people who came in at once.
Super simple printing services that can do high volume printing as well.

Store Manager Lizz especially - to include District Manager Mike, happen to run THE one stop shop for all things shipping and printing. Her attention to detail and compassion for wanting to do a superb job and to run a superb store are unmatched. I guarantee a "white glove' experience when dealing with this location. Bar none a fantastic experience and recommended above everywhere else! Thank you Lizz!

Very rude employees. The self service print does not work because the file is too large. However they will not print full-service until I try ALL the machines for some reason.
I told them that self service doesn’t work BUT they won’t believe me. Ridiculous! I’ll just go print from somewhere else. Very rude and no customer service.

Pretty consistently the rudest FedEx location in North Austin. A few members of staff are friendly, but they are always new and never stay at this location. I suspect they transfer as soon as possible. No idea why they are so rude compared to every other FedEx, but the difference is stark. (Notably the assistant manager is only if the worst of all - highly recommend avoiding dealing with him)
The only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is that this location does get a later pickup than a few of the other nearby stores

Submitted email order to create 2 cards, with 2 separate addresses, with CLEAR instructions for both.The store replied that there was a $60 charge for creating a file, so I asked if i could copy and paste cards into Word documents Store approved so I submitted AND ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS ACCEPTABLE. Store responded, YES, but then when I went to pickup, they didn't follow my instructions and demanded $52.00 more to redo the project because apparently they can't "read" instructions for confidentiality. when i asked them why they approved my emails and documents, why they didn't warn me about this policy, and where i could read it. they answered "this is our policy and we don't provide quality checks for our work."Totally incompetent and stupid response, and complete failure to take responsibility for anythingI WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU EVER SUBMIT AN ORDER, MAKE SURE TO FORCE THEM TO DISCLOSE ALL OF THEIR HIDDEN POLICIES AND PRACTICES.

Exceptionally rude staff who will provide many excuses for providing bad quality service/product, including accusatory remarks. The last thing on their mind is to help the customer with what they walked into the store looking for.
