Jason was probably the most helpful and pleasant shipping employee I’ve ever worked with. Whatever he’s getting paid now needs a bump. Thanks for a great experience shipping a bunch of random packages all over.

I don’t know what I can write that others haven’t. Very impersonal service, the guy working seemed agitated that I had questions. To top it off, he didn’t even answer the question that I asked twice. Luckily I only have to use FedEx every now and then, the UPS store staff are much friendlier!

Google fiber covers the packaging costs for returns, however, the lady who helped me charged me $6 for packaging. I insisted that it was included and asked her if she had run into that issue before. She gave me a dismissive answer and asked me to step aside, so I decided to just pay because I was in a hurry. If she had been a little more helpful or given me 20 seconds to reread the email I would have found the other QR code that includes packaging.There’s no reason to be rude and impatient instead of just trying to help. I’m not a Fedex expert, you are.

Less than one star actually. I desperately needed my social security card shipped overnight to me in Salt Lake City. My roommate went to this location and was told immediately upon walking in that they were closing soon. The male employee working then hovered and stared at him while he was trying to print the shipping label and then KICKED HIM OUT OF THE STORE. Services like this exist out of necessity and this was an emergency situation. If someone is paying for the services you provide then they deserve to be treated with basic human decency. Completely unacceptable as not only an employee of FedEx, but also as just a human being. Be better.

Went there to print out several PDF's. Finally got frustrated and left, person that helped was not interested in being there apparently. Push this button send to the email, put the codes in and print. I couldn't get things to work and as I walked out, commented that wasn't worth the frustration. No one bothered to offer help. Very different service than the location on Ben White.

I am an event planner and we need mounted posters printed same day for an event per a client’s request. Cory was amazing and assured me if we got our order in he could make it happen! They had 3 foam boards printed in 2 hours and were ready far before the time we requested! Would use them again for print services!

FedEx. I have been calling and complaining about the service I have received since Thursday! I called because I got a delivery notification that my package was delivered.. I was home. No one who worked for FedEx came near my door. I called and someone from FedEx said "I'm sorry we mis scanned your package as delivered, it's actually still in our facility and it will be delivered Friday" well Friday comes around and no package. I called back again. They said it will be delivered Saturday. Well Saturday comes I get Notification while I'm in my driveway that my package was delivered.. there is no package outside. I call again and the person says they have lost my package even though it has been marked as delivered. This is unacceptable. Why mark something delivered if it is in fact lost. That is not how you do business and that is not good customer service. So I asked what are y'all going to do about my lost package that was misplaced in y'all's care.. they said nothing. I will have to contact the people I purchased my package from. This is ridiculous. I am highly upset. I will be telling all of my family and friends about the service I was receiving with FedEx and I will no longer be using y'all as a delivery service. Y'all lucky y'all even got one star from me to be honest.

Cory doesn't like to help customers and acts "put-off" when under pressure. Aslo, every time I come in, EVERYONE is training. This guy has THE WORST customer service skills I have ever seen. He obviously hates his job and helping people

Thieves!!!!!!!!! Save your merchandise and money. They obviously know what’s going on because I TRIED to complain but they hang up on me when trying to complain. I’m bringing this to the better business bureau.This store not be allowed to operate. Charges need to be brought to this store for disrupting federal mail. Use the US Post office not this HORRIBLE store. Seriously this cannot be legal! I’ve read their reviews and I’m not the only victim! I have physical proof that they stole my information and heard they actually went as far as stealing peoples packages. Don’t give your CREDIT CARD, Account number or send anything of worth. I’m almost positive that the girl FERNANDA was high on something too.

The people at the store are kind and efficient (I've had nothing but good experiences), but FedEx as a company has failed.I paid an exhorbitant amount to ship some art to be sold. They missed their stated delivery by a day, it didn't make the cutoff for the show (which cost me a lot of money). Since they missed it by a day/time there was no one there to refuse the order and turn it around to ship back, so now my stuff is stuck in Detroit. FedEx Customer Service said they would ship the items back but wouldn't recompense me at all for their breach of contract.I asked the agent to forward my case to someone because I felt this was well beyond "We'll just ship it back" consideering they didn't do what they'd been hired to do and I was out considerable lucre as a result. She said, "I'm sorry, there's nobody I can forward this to and since there's nothing else that can be done I will hang up now." And then she hung up.Too bad, so sad, no delivery for you, no money for you, just money for us, and we don't want our agents to waste time on this, thankskbye.Don't. Use. FedEd. Use USPS or UPS instead.

I was cheated!Needed one test print to see if the quality was what I needed. Lady told me it would be $2.60. I agreed and she printed it. At checkout she says the total would be $4.97. What? Thought the price was $2.60, she says they add $2 to every order under $40. Why didn't you tell me that before you printed it, since I stressed, OK it's $2.60 plus tax, right?Needless to say, the big order I needed (way over $40) will not be printed here!
