Waited on time sensitive/refrigeration required medication delivery. Was at the gate to accept the package. Driver didn’t even stop the truck to try and delivery, drove right past us, then we received an alert that “FedEx tried to deliver but we weren’t there”. Reading other reviews, seems this is a continuing issue.

The fedex drivers and MANAGERS sit in the parking lot and drink. Don’t know who speedx contractors are hiring but very unprofessional. They walk back into the terminal after they’ve been drinking.

FedEx driver just THREW our package practically from the sidewalk toward our garage and then stepped on a pipe in yard. Got on video. Unbelievable. Do they not deliver to our front door anymore? Very disappointed!

I also wish I could give zero stars. I have had so many issues with this local delivery branch - I'm writing this review in hopes FedEx corporate will do something. The drivers at this location are dishonest - they have skipped a package pick-up three days in a row, claiming the package wasn't left outside, even though it was. Other times they have not delivered packages and changed the status to "Delivery attempted," but I work from home and know for a fact that no delivery was attempted. Based on the other reviews, it's clear this is a widespread problem with this location and hopefully FedEx corporate will do something.

I ordered deck furniture from Amazon. FedEx delivered to my house without knocking on one of the doors to find out this is not a duplex.
They took my furniture back to FedEx and I called for 4 days straight 9 times telling them this is not an apartment. They made me so emotional and stressful. Today I still do not have my deck furniture.

They need ZERO STARS! I dont know what is up with this place saying they tried to deliver packages and nobody was home when they never attempted delivery! Do you not know people work from home and you are playing with peoples livelihood!! This is not okay either do your job or dont bother going to work and risk making someone else lose their job!!

If you look you are blocking my front door. There's a walker there for my disability.
If there's a fire how am I getting out?!!! This has been going on for over a decade now. If it's not blocking the front door it's some random spot in my driveway

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Delivery drivers constantly drop packages off at random locations around our yard, even though we have signs that say to check into the office. We have our vendors require a signature and they never get one, yet claim they do and cannot provide a signed copy. Tried calling customer service, took 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. I asked to speak with the station and they claimed they can't give out the phone number. I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to some one in escalations named Michele who was completely unhelpful and even questioned my integrity on whether I signed or not. All in all, Fedex might have some of the worst customer service and the most unhelpful corporate policies regarding filing a complaint with them. I will be visiting the station now that delivers to us to try to complain in person. I bet that won't work either.

FEDEX is worse than the USPS. The most dumbest drivers and service ever. They say they tried to deliver my package 4 times and just says attempted delivery. I can't do a alternate address since the sender (Walmart) put a restriction on that process so I stuck in a loop of attempted deliveries to an apartment complex that they can't fine. What a bunch of morons.
