I placed an order, picked a store to pick it up at, and thought I'd be good to go. Nope. I got a call from the store and they said I'd either need to cancel my order and re-submit is so I could pay more, or I'd need to wait several more days than what my confirmation email stated, or I'd just need to go somewhere else to get my needs met. What? I feel like they gave me zero good options. I'm very displeased.

An overnight envelope, has taken so far six days to be delivered and it is still undelivered. Yet it has been in Austin since Friday. Today is Tuesday. I do not understand how FedEx is still in business. Or how they get their reviews. Several items that were shipped to me by my family members via FedEx over Christmas arrived completely broken even though the box was marked fragile and was well packed. Prior to that, other items are received via Etsy through FedEx. It was the same thing. Nothing but broken dishes, broken lamps, broken everything. I would say do better, but honestly FedEx needs to be shut down, restructured and reinvented. They suck.

Never had good experience here so typically avoid it, but so glad to have Ally’s help, she was nice and helpful! Did not feel we were annoying her and bothering her which is what I had felt before. Hope we have this experience again next time.

This location has seriously dropped in standards. Previously the staff here were friendly and helpful, but that's certainly not the case any more. There is a particular employee at this location with facial tattoos who is aggressive, rude, unhelpful, and actually actively causes obstructions. When this man is working we do not drop off anything at this location. Luckily there is another location on Burnet and 183 so there is at least another option nearby until that employee is gone

I received a damaged package at my house. It had boot marks on it from someone standing on it. It was a fairly well packaged radiator clearly marked fragile. I brought it to this Fedex location as I was not going to open and inspect it and wanted it returned as a damaged refusal. Marwan advised and put a label on the package as such. I was annoyed at the whole situation and Marwan was very patient and professional going so far as to apologize for the situation which he clearly did not cause. 100% professional.

Came in for a quick print from my email. Staff was extremely kind when I walked in and offered any help I needed with getting my documents printed and threw them in the secure shred container for me when I was done. Simple job and maybe 3 minutes in and out but I felt like my day was going better when I left and that’s always worth noting.

The guy working here today was so nice! I came in on crutches and he kindly offered to help get my large box from the car and scan it in and then he even brought out the tracking number to me in my car. Very kind and helpful - thank you!

I could not believe there was only one person working in this busy store, then I met TAM!!! What an awesome person… and she smiles!!! Hard to get great customer service. She was rockn and rolling??

Fed Ex delivery apparently just dump large boxes in a common areas.Completely unreasonable! Everyone beware of fed ex drivers dumping packages for the public to ransack.

TAM should be put in charge of Fedex. Frederick Smith and Raj Subramaniam - are you listening? She is our CEO and MVP. Thank you for helping us print and cut everything on such a tight timeline…day before a wedding was super pressure filled and Tam did it all. Professional is an understatement. Enrique was so friendly and helpful- I had no idea what I was doing and how to print what I needed. He was super helpful and patient and walked me through everything and made sure I figured it out. Would recommend this location!
