I was told my package was there. When I got there I was told I needed to go to another Ship Center as they had sent it there. The lady called the other ShipnCenter to get them to be sure to hold it for me.

Expected my package today, never knew about a signature being required… I was at work, daughter was home and could’ve answered the door (it’s a package for her). But the “delivery attempt” involved ringing the doorbell, slapping the door tag on my door and bolting down the stairs. I opened my doorbell camera app immediately to address the *ring* and they were already gone. My daughter really needed that package, now it’s a holiday tomorrow and the next attempt is Wednesday. I’m going to have to stay home from work and sit AT my door ready to fling it open that day so I can catch the FedEx phantom before another disappearance with our package. ?☹️???

Missed a package to sign on the first day. Okay fair enough, my office is kind of far from the front door. Maybe I missed it.Day 2 I leave a note with my cell # on my front door asking to call to make sure I don't miss the driver. Not 30 minutes later I come down to check and there's a missed delivery slip on my door. Are you kidding me? Your drivers don't have an extra 30 seconds to read the note and give me a quick call? This is absurd.

Package delivery attempt yesterday. No warning which day from Fed Ex so I want home. Today, I stayed home and was waiting for it. I even put a note on the door to ring bell. Tracking said attempted deliver,y at 11:30 am today. It’s now 3 pm and the pkg is back at the facility with a note attempts delivery failed. Not home. Simply not true. I am furious that I now will not get it until Tuesday.
