Priority Express Overnight Delivery was late. There is a money back guarantee for this service. The store refused to issue a refund and insisted I file a claim online or call the 800 number. Manager insisted it was a logistics problem, not his, once it leaves the store. But I paid the store directly, not through an account. It should be HIS argument with logistics, not mine.Customer service phone not available on weekends. Online claim process had two service failures.

Professionals run this store. Jade and Monica are superb. They can handle it all and make it look easy. I will drive miles just to access this location. Jade and Monica both made my large and detailed VERY last minute request happen and were attentive to details that I never could have expected anyone else to care about. No matter where you are in the Austin area, if you need your job done right, bring it to this location!

This FedEx is fantastic. I’ve sent complicated shipping orders across the country and over seas. Every time, this FedEx crew made sure my orders were correct and cost effective. And, they were even generous enough to accommodate me when I arrived as they were closing. Five stars all around for the wonderful service and kind crew at FedEx.

Tried to ship computers the same way I’ve done with Fedex many times as it’s part of my job. The assistant manager Jodie said I was in able to because it wasn’t up to FedEx standards. I then looked to purchase what was supposed to be a brand new box but it already had tape on it and the cardboard was cut. I asked Jodie if this was up to FedEx standards of a new box and she said that it was fine. I will think twice before doing business with FedEx again especially when there’s a UPS right across the street.

Ms. Jodie provided me with the best customer service in recent memory. I had 65 packages going to different people and was highly concerned about being time efficient. Jodie was an absolute pro and helped me set up a business account. She was so pleasant and answered all of my questions. I called in multiple times with follow up questions and could tell she sincerely was happy to help me. It is so rare to meet workers like Jodie especially with the stress of the holiday season. As a new firm we have been trying out all the local shipping services and I can safely say that we will be using FedEx for all future products. Cannot stress enough how amazing Jodie is and look forward to working with her in the future!!

This place deserves 0 stars only because of their assistant manager, middle aged Caucasian female with the worst possible attitude towards a customer. Sarcasm dialed up to a 100 and an Ego that shouldn't be held at that position. This person needs to be replaced.

I've been going here for years and the team is always extremely kind and helpful. I can tell they are always busy but they don't hesitate to help no matter what. It's really a nice experience every time in there.

Waited a week for photographic copies in black and white. Copies at pickup were not in black and white. Center offered to reprint, but explained I would have to pay extra. It’s one thing to make a mistake with the requirement, but having to pay extra to have it corrected? Terrible customer service. Will never get print work done here again.

This Kinkos has exceptional technical capabilities, and their staff are experts. I had 3 color and 9 black and white files combined, with two-sided printing, the pages numbered sequentially and laminated covers with a coil binding. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, so I ordered 22 additional copies. Denise put me in touch with Dustin at the National Bid Center, so the unit cost was reduced by more than half.

We have come back to this store for the same type of printing for 3 straight years and have worked with Kim (store Manager).....she is beyond excellent with her patience, customer service, knowledge and due diligence! We always have had great service and our product gets amazing reviews from all the people we send out to.
