I was already feeling overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork that I needed to fax. Patrick asked me what brought me in and when I explained what needed to be done he completely went out of his way to help me and save me money at that! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It was 8am and already a stressful day for me. His kindness is absolutely appreciated. Priceless!

“Melissa” in management refused to provide me service because i brought in my own box! After i went to a different fedex nearby because i was denied service, I was informed by a different “AM” at another location that you’re actually able to ship in any box as long as it’s not damaged! Terrible service from this location and from a so called “AM”

The 2 gentlemen I worked with were unbelievably patient and helpful. Sorry I can't remember their names but I came in to send off a rather large (and quite expensive) package. I ended up having to change the address to ensure someone on the receiving side would be able to sign for it and this took a little bit of time...then there was a small adjustment that needed to be made and when I called CS they told me I needed to go in the physical location to get it fixed. Not true, but the gentlemen there were nothing but amazing to help clear up the situation to ensure my delivery would actually reach its destination with no further delay. Can't thank them enough for their help with this!!

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Aaron at this location first of all I'm not computer savvy so I came into the location feeling defeated with an attitude but Aaron help me with the whole process in was kind and I really appreciate his patience and I wanted to take a moment to give this amazing employee his just do and a shout out from a military disabled veteran thank you so much and you are definitely in the right service because you definitely know how to deal with customers what professionalism I hope your job appreciates you because your customers sure do

Ted was amazing! I've been coming here for the last few months and will drive the extra way to go to other fedexs since the workers are so rude and unhelpful. This is the closest location to me, so sometimes it has to be here. When he said he was from a different store I definitely could tell! We need more people like Ted at this location please!!!

Look at how many one star reviews this place has - they suck.. I took in a modem I was returning to Spectrum = I had it packed in a box that was a little larger than needed, the woman told me I didn't need to have it boxed, they would do that for me. Great. We take it out, she boxes it up, then charges me $8. After telling me it didn't need boxed. I'll stick with the UPS store at Oltorf and Congress, those people are always great.
