Denia provided 5 Star Customer Service. She was excellent. When I saw she was just as helpful and courteous to the next two customers, I decided I had to write a review. She smiled the whole time and seem genuinely interested in helping each one of her customers. Thank You Denia!

This FedEx saved me! I was in a panic trying to print several copies of a slide deck on the weekend, because another print shop failed to complete my order. Their staff member Denia was extremely proactive and professional, arranging for me to return for pick up an hour later. Completely thrilled with the service here. This is the only print shop in Austin for me.

I got here when they were being bombarded by other customers with PLENTY of packages to send out. I couldn’t be helped right away as all three employees were assisting as much as they could. (Understandable) However the employees were so helpful and friendly considering the nature they were in. They even took time to assist me with my prints. I’m in town for a convention and this will be my go to store when i return for more conventions!

Awful. Poor quality, no one knew what they're doing, the guy at the counter couldn't do the most basic task on a computer. Plus, Fedex now charges you a hidden fee if you spend more than $100 here. Won't be going here again. Office depot is just a couple blocks away and they're much better.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I schedule a pick-up at a location for a community event that had over 200 boxes.. the pickup is rescheduled because the driver didn’t want to it pick up. I called about eight times between the hours of 1-6 pm because we needed everything out by 6. Still no response. Super unprofessional and rude. FedEx did not come.

FedEx has definitely lost its way. Package was misdelivered to my home in Austin. I spent 2 days calling Fedex customer service centers (overseas). I explained the situation multiple times that package was delivered to my home to addressee that doesn't live there; my last call to Fedex involved an approximate 30 minute "interogation" of me to determine the particulars of my situation. All I wanted to do was have FedEx pickup a package that didn't belong to me and take it to the correct recipient. Fedex picked up the package 2 days later. On the 3rd day FedEx redelivered the package with additional labeling that included my name and address which I can only presume was due to the fact that they "interogated" me on the last call, took my information and then redelivered back to me. I then took the package to the FedEx on Congress in downtown Austin. I spoke to a supervisor/asst mgr. She was rude, curt and made me feel that I was really wasting her time. Totally unacceptable customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How does FedEx stay in business??????????????????

This company is completely incompetent!!! For THREE DAYS I contacted customer service and NO ONE could fix an address correction. Finally on the third day of not being able to deliver the package, FedEx contacted me to fix the address. The next day I contacted them to make sure it had been fixed and they didn't even put the correction in!!! Even though they called me finally to fix it!!! Use amazon!!! Do not use fed ex for anything they are completely incompetent!!!!

The clerk Alfredo is rude and purposely starts conflict. Not sure he is a good representation of what Fed Ex wants in customer service. I shared this info with Fed Ex and surprisingly enough, I heard he was equally as rude when working at the Westlake location ~ Bee Caves Rd.
