I use solely this location for all my printing needs. They are super helpful if I'm unsure how to do a particular project, and always get my requests done on time, however usually early!

If I could give 1/2 star, I would. Their delivery service is lacking in delivery. The latest is: they delivered my very expensive order to THE WRONG ADDRESS. MANY times before packages were never delivered. Of all the companies I order from very few are fedex. but the ones who do use fedex rarely show up at my door. "we couldn't find the house" yet I have had 2 other deliveries. They are completely incompetent!! I can't believe they're still in business. Don't bother trying to "chat". That sucks just like the entire business.

The service at this location has been hit or miss. In the past come I've had no issues and arranging delivery of packages for my small business. Most recently there was an issue reading one of the barcodes for my packages and it was marked as return to sender. This ended up not being a major issue, but certainly was an inconvenience. I've also had Signs and Banners made for business purposes and the quality is generally good. The staff are helpful and have even offered to assist Beyond closing time on one occasion. The pricing is competitive as you would expect.

FedEx has definitely lost its way. Package was misdelivered to my home in Austin. I spent 2 days calling Fedex customer service centers (overseas). I explained the situation multiple times that package was delivered to my home to addressee that doesn't live there; my last call to Fedex involved an approximate 30 minute "interogation" of me to determine the particulars of my situation. All I wanted to do was have FedEx pickup a package that didn't belong to me and take it to the correct recipient. Fedex picked up the package 2 days later. On the 3rd day FedEx redelivered the package with additional labeling that included my name and address which I can only presume was due to the fact that they "interogated" me on the last call, took my information and then redelivered back to me. I then took the package to the FedEx on Congress in downtown Austin. I spoke to a supervisor/asst mgr. She was rude, curt and made me feel that I was really wasting her time. Totally unacceptable customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How does FedEx stay in business??????????????????

This company is completely incompetent!!! For THREE DAYS I contacted customer service and NO ONE could fix an address correction. Finally on the third day of not being able to deliver the package, FedEx contacted me to fix the address. The next day I contacted them to make sure it had been fixed and they didn't even put the correction in!!! Even though they called me finally to fix it!!! Use amazon!!! Do not use fed ex for anything they are completely incompetent!!!!

The clerk Alfredo is rude and purposely starts conflict. Not sure he is a good representation of what Fed Ex wants in customer service. I shared this info with Fed Ex and surprisingly enough, I heard he was equally as rude when working at the Westlake location ~ Bee Caves Rd.

I've lived in other states and I always need to go to the Fedex Office to: fax, copy, buy boxes, envelopes and other things for the office. For me the best FedEx Office is the one in Austin Tx located at 327 Congress ave. The store is super clean and the team that works there are the best in customer service, professionalism and they really know how to treat customers very well. Thank you for the great service :)

Very helpful staff. They actually answered the phone on the 1st ring, quickly printed the documents I emailed them to meet my need to have it fedex before the pick up deadline. I am so grateful.

I called this location to ask about the associate about the best way to ship a specific item (crazy right? I called the shipping place to ask that) Anyway, she (working on 08/26 at around 6p) tells me she can't answer that and has to transfer me to customer service - I assume someone else in the store? Nope, the 800 customer service, so I wait for 20 minutes to chat with someone and they get me taken care of in 1 minute. Sorry to bug you with shipping questions you shipping associate. Hope playing on your phone instead of helping me was fun!

Horrible! They delivered parcel to wrong address. She Argued about it, saying they didn't. Told her had spoken with and confirmed by corporate. and she hung up on me.
