  Was informed they won’t serve accounts unless you spend over a $1000 a month. After calling corporate it turned out to be a fake policy and the lazy guy at the front desk probably just didn’t want to pick my items. They wasted about an hour of my time after having to run to another store. Other stores will treat you better. They should be ashamed of themselves and if this was my store that guy would be reprimanded.

  Called to see if they carried a bolt and was put on hold and forgotten about, called back and told the guy I just had a quick question- he said that they're were people ahead of me and couldn't answer my question, that I'd have to hold, pretty crappy way to run a business- stick with Austin bolt, screw these guys
