I’m being mindful to not write this out of pure disgust and frustration. I drove 3 hours to sell my bags and was met with essentially being told my bags aren’t real and to provide receipts which no problem but these are the SAME bags that I uploaded photos online nothing changed received quotes and all of a sudden you can’t authenticate them?! I will tell everyone I know about my experience and I will not do business with them.

I have used Fashionphile for many years for off loading my excess designer goods. First, for many years by shipping my beloved and precious items across the country to California, and every single transaction went flawlessly. I recently decided that I wanted to pare down more and realized that they have a selling studio locally in Austin. I could not be more pleased. The people who work there are nothing but kind and helpful, and the process is lightening quick, from start to finish. They are selective about what they purchase, but I love that about them. They take all the guesswork and annoyance out of trying to sell them yourself- much safer and no risk of getting scammed or even worse, jacked by trash posing as buyers. Fashionphile pays very fair prices and very quickly. Top top notch service!!

There aren’t words that adequately express how INCREDIBLE the staff is at this location. I have never felt more like family ANYWHERE. I sell here regularly and every time I call I tell them who’s calling and every time I go in they giggle and tell me they know who I am!! Today o brought some items in to sell to help pay for last minute tickets home to Connecticut to be with my grandfather before he passes. They handled me like sisters and were solely responsible for me coming out of my anxiety and fears and finding some peace before my trip. I know it probably sounds cliche but PLEASE sell here. These girls deserve all of the appreciation, love, and respect for not just what they do but how they treat you when you’re family.

A very easy experience selling two of my wallets! I walked in, they were able to explain exactly what was going to happen, then a couple hours later, I had my quote! They did mention that it was a bit more straightforward quoting wallets vs handbags but happy I got it done in a couple hours!

Absolutely disgusted with this long drawn out so called investigation of a 4K package sent that I never signed for or received but have to pay for because that’s it. What in the world!!! I literally had the package sent to my office and was there all days with the door open and never received it. Then they make me wait nearly a month to investigate it to say investigation closed? I didn’t sign for a package I didn’t receive a package and now I’m paying severely for it. I do not recommend them at all!
