Fancy espresso machines and promises but no one to operate it? Just some cold brew or plain coffee. Maybe put up signs and let people know. Disappointing, won’t recommend.

Where is by bag? After being routed to ATL instead of JFK on my way home to AUS, Delta still put my bag on a plane back to JFK. I talked to the baggage folks in AUS when I landed and they redirected it to AUS from ATL and got a File Reference Number. Delta still decided to send my bag to JFK. You call the baggage tracking phone number and they state they wait is too long so you can't talk to anyone. There is no way to contact Delta to get it rerouted so do I need to file a BBB compliant? Come on Delta, you can do better? I need some help here.

Our flight was delayed so much that we would've missed our connection to Paris. Luckily my husband noticed them taking bags off the plane and the pilots leaving while he was on the phone with a delta Rep. Otherwise we would've just been booked on a later flight to Paris, and ended up missing that one too! The gate agents and pilot handled it as well as they could, but almost every delay of the 4 or 5 that happened while we were still there were completely different issues. Such an expansive company should have the foresight to avoid most of those issues. We were also promised food that never materialized. Just don't offer it if it's not coming.

I missed my original flight and when I got to the ticket counter, the agent politely said she had shut her workstation down. I explained that I had a flight and needed to know if I was too late. She powered her system back up and told me yes I was too late. Panicking because I was going to a wedding, she calmly told me my options. I rebooked for the first flight out the next morning and she gave me a drink coupon for my nerves. Ms. Nikki was wonderful and so was the other agent the next morning.

Don't fly much...but in the past year have been to MSP for business 5 times...one delay...but staff were so good....staff are super friendly and AUS airport is easy in easy out....the business airline for sure....Thanks Delta....and by the way the little pub Saxon pub....at the terminal has cold beer and excellent food!!!!!
