Got charged $20 extra for dog hair. And they said it would be 45 minutes. Nbd but then I waited an extra half hour on top of that "because of the dog hair"
Got charged $100 for a subpar car wash that took almost twice as long as it was supposed to. Oh well I guess im the sucker lol

I do not recommend this place, they are not honest about their prices. They usually charge me $70 for my Suv. Then after 3 weeks they asked for $110. The lady who works there said they never charge $70. Not professional at all.

These people work really hard! Happy I found family car wash. Received a hand car wash with a wax job on my car this afternoon and received two different compliments since the wash. The people who work here hustle, no down time and they move with real urgency. Great job!

This is a no frills straight forward hand car wash spot. They're efficient and thorough enough for the value. Don't expect high end detail oriented services here, just a quick relatively cheap hand car wash if you value your paint and don't want to send your car through a tunnel. They did a good job on the interior although I paid for leather conditioner but didn't see them apply it (but they did apply a spray wax so I figured eh all good). I paid $45 for exterior and interior. Overall I'd come here again, just don't expect high end soaps being used or detailed work and you'll be happy.

Great price for a hand wash and dry, cash or Venmo accepted only. They will close out of their posted hours if weather conditions aren't ideal for a clean car

Took me awhile to find it but glad I did. Great job on exterior and interior. They even got all the bugs off the front bumper.

It’s so hard to find a good hand car wash places that doesn’t charge an arm and a length. My regular car wash place went to automatic — they don’t even wipe the cars dry anymore. They just let you drive your car through the car wash machine and off we go.But in this car wash, they actually apply the soap by hand, wash it off, and hand dry it. They also vacuum the interior. I am super happy to get my car so clean!All for $60 for a small sedan. Other places I checked charged double that price.They are located in the same lot as a Valero gas station on Koenig. There is not an air-conditioned waiting place. But they have some shady chairs under some big trees. In a hot August day, it is not so bad.I drove by this place many times before and I didn’t notice there’s a car wash here. But now that I’ve found the place, we’ll be coming back!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I think it’s finally time to stop. They’ve raised their prices from $15 to $40 for the same car and the quality of the washes have gone down with the new employees

The exterior cleaning was fine, but the interior cleaning was terrible! Ruined my dashboard completely. The shiner they use is very strong and makes everything sticky, made my dashboard glare hence unsafe to drive. I had to reclean the interior myself. I would not recommend this car wash.
