I worked with the Facilities Resource group on a client project for furniture and found them to be very responsive and professional. Like many of the furniture projects I work on none of them are perfect but my experience with the FRI team was one of the best I have had in many years when working with a furniture company. Issues that came up on the project were handled professionally, promptly and with good a good solution resolve. If you are looking for a company that goes the extra mile in service then these guys are a good resource.

I am pleased and very impressed with every aspect of our involvement with FRI our office furniture project in the Austin area. From getting quotes, the quality of the furniture and then the delivery itself, all areas were top notch. Had the opportunity to work with the staff at FRI and found them to be very professional. We were expanding an office in Austin and we are out of state so we went with them to help us with the planning and the installation of about 100 workstations. Their team did a really good job and were super attentive to the details of our space. I would certainly recommend them and we will be using them for future work with us.

I have a small interior design firm and worked with the staff at FRI for a client of mine for all their office furnishings. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with them from the beginning to end and the project came our beautiful and both myself and the client loves the furniture selections. I would recommend FRI to anyone looking for help with their office.

During the whole pandemic when offices were closed FRI stayed in touch with us on our office refresh project and even held our furniture in their warehouse while we waited to re-open. They were really good to work with from the very beginning of planning our new office. They furniture is now installed and looks fantastic and their install team was top notch. Very professional, honest and easy to work with. Thanks again guys!

They were very professional to work with from the very beginning. they stay in constant communication with us to let us know everything that was going on and they Delivered everything that they promised. We felt we received a beautiful office and quality work furniture. We really appreciated what they did for us.

I had the opportunity to recently work on a project with the people at Facilities Resource and found them to be very professional from the initial consultation i had with them. They delivered on everything the said they would at the very beginning and everything very smooth. They are definitely not the cheapest company but we felt they were very fair and we felt like we were successful in getting our monies worth. Good company and will use them in the future.

We recently worked with the Facilities Resource team on a project for office furniture on our new facility in Austin. We found them to be very professional and easy to work with. They have very knowledgeable furniture designers that assisted us much throughout of the process. They are not the cheapest as we had gotten other quotes but after speaking with them it was apparent that they offered a more services and felt they had much more experience than the other companies we talked to. The project was delivered on time and we felt comfortable with the costs for their services. Overall a great experience and recommended.

Had a great time dealing with them. I walked in their showroom unannounced as they normally work by appointment. They took the time to find out what we were needing for our office and set up a time to come to our space to see it so they could best plan out our office real professionals. Glad I took the time to stop in with them. Oh yeah they take their 3 labradors to work and they were a hoot. Cool company.
