Unfortunately this company has become a huge scam. I ordered a piece of furniture to have my $3,000 stolen by this company. The company never sent the item. Now the scam company is not answering their phone, or email and has not refunded the money. I will not stop until my money is returned. BEWARE consumers they have stolen so many consumers money the law should get involved.

Wife purchased furniture with required payment of $2500 2 years ago!. Has gotten a few runaround email responses early in transaction but they have drop off radar since. Requested refund but again no response. I have started process of small claims, however if there are enough people out there that have been taken by this company we could start a class action lawsuit.

I ordered a year a go and have not received my order and now they have stopped all communication. Save your self a lot of money, time, and stree. Stay away from this dumpster fire

My experience with this "store" so far.* Visited F&B's location in Austin and purchased a Marilyn Bedframe on February 26th, 2020 in person.* Was promised by "Shea" in person that the bad reviews were an attack from a previous customer and nothing like that would ever happen to me.* Fast forward 18 months and I still have no bedframe and the information I get from Shea ranges from that it'll "hit port next Monday" (June 28th 2021) to being absolutely ignored.* I also posted a negative review in the past on Google, but was contacted by Shea to remove it (March 31st 2021). So I did just to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's obvious to me now that it was probably to manipulate their ratings.I've been getting the run around for about 12 months about my bedframe (I started to reach out after about 6 months of waiting). I then found their bedframe on "Foorniture" which is based out of Indonesia (food for thought), but Shea dismissed it and said that they stole her design and I quote "It really stinks having your designs stolen from other companies and I really do appreciate you bringing this to our attention." (August 17th 2021). But to their credit the website for this other company is extremely sketchy looking, so it may not be legitimate.If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. This whole experience has been total garbage and I just want my bedframe OR my deposit back. Thanks for wasting my time Fabulous and Baroque!This company is now listed as "Forfeited Existence" which is defined by the State of Texas as "An inactive status indicating that the corporation or limited liability company failed to file its franchise tax return or to pay the tax due thereunder." So I'm very certain that I'll never see the bedframe I ordered which is disappointing. Time to move on and learn from this super lame experience.

I had Ordered furniture from this place and was told what I ordered was not in stock even though online it said that it did! Shea emailed me saying my bed won’t be with me till October because COVID has really slowed them down. I understood. October comes and I get no email from her or an update. I reach out and Shea again tells me december. Once again I reach out to her in December and she tells me February… February comes around and she tells me march. I had flipped out and demanded she show me emails between her and this supposed middle man and she would not provide them to me! I have emails and photos to prove! What a waste of my time. And I had always wanted furniture from this place but after reading multiples reviews I see I’m not them only one and also see her pattern.Please if anyone has any info with a lawyer who’s dealing with them let me know so I can join

Spent over $2000 on a piece of furniture, waiting over 6 months. Still no furniture, production update, or communication. Have tried contacting both Shea and the company itself multiple times. No responses. I wish I did my research before purchasing from them because now I’m out thousands of $ and still no furniture. Looks like this is a common trend within the operations of the company. Would love to jump onto a class action at this point.

I've been waiting almost a whole year for $3K+ worth of furniture and the company has not communicated with me or responded back to any of my emails in over 2 months. I have started legal proceedings as well as simply asked for my money back with no response. It's terrible. Especially because I was hesitant and it took me a long time to convince myself to make such a big purchase. I splurged on myself for once and this is what happened. I'm not rich so $3600 is a big amount of money to me and I could really use that money right now to live. This company doesn't seem to care and hasn't made any efforts recently to refund me or even communicate about the order status. I have sent many emails.

-0- stars if I could. Fab & Broke never delivered on a purchase from Jan 2020. They blame everything under the sun and will not refund. I think this company is a a big scam - I have read they had issues long before COVID. Now phones are blocks and website is down. Anyone interested in class action?

Despite the considerable time I've had to endure waiting for every order I've placed (prior to the pandemic), I will say once I finally received my furniture pieces, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with them. I am still so in love and after the fact, I will say it was worth the insane wait. F&B seems to be the only company I can find that makes the style of furniture I like so that is my main reason I would still consider ordering from them again. I would also like to add that communicating with the company regarding order status, issues, and delivery was always prompt and satisfactory. I was also very pleased with their white glove delivery service. My only complaint would be the significant amount of time I had to wait for my orders. Everything else and the quality of furniture is fabulous!

The ethical thing to do would be to deliver my product or give me my money. back that you have had for 16 months. These are unprecedented times and good business treat good customers ethically and I don't feel you are being ethical. Especially when I see that you are still robbing people of their money and sending my specials on my email.

Last May 2021, I put down a deposit of $1433 for a makeup vanity. To this day I have never received my vanity or my deposit back. I have made multiple email inquiries and attempted to contact Shea Pennington thru her answering service and only spoken to her once. She said they changed manufacturers in November from Asia to Mexico and that I would have my vanity in January 2022. As of this day 3-7-22 I still do not have my vanity or my deposit back with no order updates. Very disappointing indeed.

My experience with F&B has been very positive. Our initial order was severely delayed due to COVID supply chain issues, and **** allowed us to switch from the original manufacturer in Asia to POLaRT, which was manufactured in ******. The fact that no ships were involved and our chairs were sent via truck probably made a tremendous difference. Our POLaRT dining room chairs arrived a few days ago and talk about gorgeous! If you are considering custom furniture through Fabulous and Baroque, POLaRT is the way to go! The quality is top notch and the beautiful Baroque style is beyond anything out there. These custom chairs took about 5 months from ordering them to receipt, which I thought was pretty good especially in light of COVID shipping delays, and they compliment our previously purchased table perfectly! These babies arent just pretty, but they are solid! **** was helpful through the whole process, keeping us up to date when they were in production and every step of the transit. We will definitely consider POLaRT for our future furniture needs.
