It's a gas station! I will say this; living in the amazing City of Austin, Downtown Central, has changed the way I shop. I literally do most of my shopping In the neighborhood.The more money I make, the more sense it makes to spend it...in the community. ???I am enjoying this experience, but I eagerly await the day....I Move Out Of The Sate. I am signing one more yr on my lease. Because...ILove My Apartment. ?❤️Every single picture is of my apartment, the complex & a 30-minute walk I'm downtownOn Cesar Chavez & Congress. ?? It is a dream come true living downtown. However,There is a downside to living in this complex.The Manager, Management Company! ???
