Highly recommend using Extra Space on Burnet for all of your storage needs. All of their staff are super vigilant and helpful. Especially Deloris, she is always there making sure we are happy with their service, and in such a great mood when doing so. They also keep their facilities very clean.

I have appreciated all customer service at Extra Space Storage at 6412 Burnet Rd here recently. I so appreciate the little things that make a difference that Dolores, the store manager there, guided me through. She not only answers the phone so kindly, she continues to be that kind of person when she sits down to walk you through your various questions! Dolores was great and I could see how well kept up and secure my belongings were/are there.
