When I say this place has been a huge help to my kids and I! The staff is amazing and very understanding. The cleaning crew keep the halls nice and clean plus does weekly checks for room service. It's in a pretty quiet and laid back area. With lots of nearby stores for shopping. Right off hwy183 which gives easy access to downtown as well as the domain. Highly recommended!!

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I booked my stay weeks in advance for a work trip. Pulling into the location it looked sketchy and upon going inside, it smelled like mildew. The inside looked very dirty and shabby. I requested to see the room in advance, since the hotel looked so rundown on the inside. The room had not been cleaned and I could tell that no one had checked it prior to me checking in. The front desk attendant informed me that was the only room available, and I would need to find another place to stay. I asked for the manager or supervisor information and was told that they have no business cards and no way for me to get in contact with anyone. Now I’m hearing a new city and have to try and scramble to find another place to stay. Will be writing corporate about this.

Donice is the most amazing employee! She’s always so patient, kind and helpful. I’ve stayed here for a while and I’ve never had a bad interaction with her or her employees.
I’m updating my review. They’ve changed several policies that make staying here EXTREMELY inconvenient. The fees are astronomical for a place that does not offer breakfast or coffee/tea in the morning, you're charged to change out linens (even though housekeeping NEVER comes by), the washers and dryers rarely work, the WIFI doesn't work, your DoorDash/uber eats delivery will get stolen, and good luck getting a room that doesn't leak or have bugs.

Never ever plan for this stay at hotel. Had a very horrible experience while check in. There are more insects and roaches will be there inside the room. It will not be clean and maintained as well and you will feel stinky everywhere

This used to be a nice hotel. Now it's so trashy and messy. To much to say so little time. Don't take my word for it mybe the roaches can tell you better.
Rooms: Run down, half of everything don't work or missing. Roaches everywhere.
Safety: Safety lol where. The is no safety not even in your own room. God forbid if you have the same color of hair as someone. Smh
Food and drinks: The vending machine works every other day if that. Better be the first one to use it after it gets fixed kuz you would be the last one until it fixed again. Don't get me started on breakfast on the go. Better have your own cup and not be hungry. Coffee yes cups if they remember to put the order in.

Walkability: There are convenient walking distance places that are very helpful.

Edited: I see you commented with a generic comment like everyone else got on their review. How about fix the problem instead of continuing to operate this dump and take advantage of people.
If I could give -5 stars I would. I am attaching pictures of the room my husband was supposed to stay in and all I can say is that he did not stay. We waited for 2 hours for the person to come check us in and then we find tissue in bed, room stinks, nothing clean. Everything the others have said.

When we walked into the hotel for the first, it smelled really bad, and the front counter person was rud to us. Trash laying everywhere and bugs in the room, lambs, tv don't work and lights in the room didnt work. No breakfast besides coffee and occasionally mini muffins. Mold in the bathroom and the room itself wasn't really clean and air doesnt circulate vary well. It was hot in our room.
