Today I walked into this shop and the owner greeted me and asked what I wanted and told me to chose a color and sit . She was finishing up another customer nails and proceeds to turn around to tell me that the price will be 65.00 . She asks me if the price is ok for me which I never asked in the first place . I just wanted my nails done and would have paid whatever amount to get done. The sad part I'm not from Austin just googled closest nail shop to me and went there . I truly truly believe from the start was my skin color . I'm american with Puerto Rican parents and speak English and Spanish . It's so so sad to be treated that way . I just got up and left because I wasn't going to cause a scene . There are plenty of nail shops in Austin that would love my business.

So rude. They have a menu that said a kids mani/Pedi was a certain cost. My kiddo is tall so she didn't fit in the hello kitty chair (which they didn't even let her try before they decided) so they were gonna charge adult prices. I told them she's 8. They were just so rude. We left and will never be back. Came to another nail salon where people are friendly and kind and understand what customer service is.

I like the place as its clean and well kept . I did a pedicure and my daughter did nails. I like the pedicure and the massage but i was aksing the lady to put pressure on my legs and she didn't understood as she only spoke Mandarin and the owner didn't want to listen to my request which I didn't like. I would suggest them to listen to customers request and pivot.

This salon is hands down THE BEST in Austin. My dip manicure lasted almost an entire month. Tammy pays such great attention to detail and takes her time to ensure the manicure is a 10/10. Not to mention how kind all of ladies are at this salon. I will never get my nails done anywhere else!
Cleanliness: This salon is VERY clean and I really appreciate that they ask their customers to wash their hands before each manicure.
Stylist: Tammy did an amazing job on my nails both times I came in. My nails last longer than any other salon I’ve ever been to and she always knows the perfect shape I want my nails.

Tracy did an amazing job on my walk in pedicure. I told her that I didn't have much time and asked if she could fit me in, and she was able to do all of the relaxing steps in the time she promised, including rearranging some steps so my toes would be dry by the end. She was excellent, all of the staff were kind and welcoming, and the shop was very clean.
Cleanliness: Very clean, bright, professional
Stylist: Tracy was so thoughtful and did an excellent job

My daughter and I both got the “same” manicure and pedicure. She was done way before I was. There was noted sloppiness and care for her services. She had noted bubbles after the manicure. When I got home I noted the same with a few of my nails. There was no spa feeling during our visit. It was a feeling of being in an assembly line. The salon was not busy. It is also frustrating that you are asked to tip in cash. We have been there a few times but will not be going back.

My daughter and I went in for manicures and pedicures. We requested the exact same services. She was finished quite a bit earlier than I was. It was noticed that the treatments were not carried out the same. A little fan was used to dry my nails. Her technicians did not use any. When we were finished my daughter had noted her manicure had bubbles in her nails. Later I noted the same thing in a few of my nails. The salon was not busy. Instead of having a salon/spa experience we felt like we were in an assembly line. They only take cash tips. Since I was having a manicure, I gave the tip before the manicure was initiated. Wish I could have taken it back! We will not be going to this nail salon again.

My go-to nail spot! nails are always perfect and exactly what I ask for. I got my wedding nails done here and LOVED them, they lasted 5 weeks! the service is always great, they're so kind and priced well. the salon is always spotless, they often have complimentary drinks, and i don't know if i'm just lucky but i never call ahead and i haven't had to wait more than five minutes. love it here!!!!!!

Services were decent I came in with my sister and niece for pedicures. We paid all together and with card, I usually tip but with the bill there was no option to add a tip. Before we left a worker (not the lady that did our pedicures) rudely approached us and said tips were REQUIRED. I informed her there was no option to add a tip to bill and she said oh we do Venmo or cash. I felt like it was extremely rude and unprofessional - neither of us carry cash and had to download Venmo in a hurry. Unsure why they don't automatically add a tip to the bill. Felt pretty fishy. Will not be returning.

They take walk ins I was there for a pedicure excellent feet massage my only 4 is bc nothing to drink was offered and they rush me out but the pedi was great

Worst experience I think I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I went in asking for simple french tip acrylics. The technician didn’t do acrylic like I asked but did dip nails (something I HATE and specifically do not want as I don’t get my nails done regularly and they’re a pain to get off without going in to remove them) anyway. Then she insisted on doing pink where the nude color is supposed to go on the nail. I asked her over and over to not do pink (i have a warm skin tone and they don’t look natural) but she insisted i do it as it will look more natural (it doesn’t). Additionally there were specs of dust she didn’t clean off before doing the last coat. These nails look TERRIBLE. To top it off, she charged me $70 (BEFORE tip). I was flabbergasted. This place is a SCAM

Took my daughter for a Mani/Pedi for her 12th birthday. I asked for the jelly pedicure but specified my 12 year old didn't need all the extras like callous removal. The process was okay, but for some reason at the end the lady started slathering my neck in oil and giving me a massage. It was so strange and uncomfortable. They were working on my feet while I was leaning forward at the same time for this strange massage. She ended up stretching my shirt out, leaving oil stains on it and putting me in the position that I had to go home and shower before lunch cause there was so much oil in my hair. Then I received the shocking $320 bill. That didn't even include a tip. I was chose not to say anything because I didn't want to ruin my daughter's birthday outing with drama. Maybe the most disappointing part is that my daughter's nails (pink in the picture) all chipped or peeled off within a day. My nails (blue) are all lifting up on the edges and will probably peel off in the next couple of days.

I’ve been going here for 6 years, I love this place! Clean, friendly, quick, and a great manicure/pedicure every time! I get the dip manicure consistently and I never have any complaints. So many color options and very communicative in your wants and needs. 10/10 recommend.
