Rhe “new” lane car wash sucks. DO NOT waste your money. I went Through twice. First time left soap all over my car and didn’t dry. 2nd didn’t dry at all. I’m calling my cc to dispute FK this place

I am a frequent user of Eureka Car Wash on South Lamar. However, I went today and paid $14 for the best package and was left extremely disappointed. No soap ever came out and now my car looks worse than it went in. There’s hard water spots ALL OVER my car. Literally, no soap came out. I am requesting either free car wash to fix the issue or a full refund. I’m super disappointed because this is the only car wash near by that isn’t self service so if this car wash stops being decent, I’ll have nowhere else to go.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken my car to a car wash, and it has come out dirtier than when it went in. A complete waste of money and time. My suggestion is to look for somewhere else.

I wish I would have read reviews before washing my car here. I just moved to this area and will never come here again. I paid $14 for the highest tier wash. My car still came out dirty. It had dirt, bird poop, etc still on it. Nothing was cleaned. I paid extra for the wheels to be cleaned, they looked awful. I also paid $2 to use the vacuum cleaner, but it lasts only long enough to do half your car. Don't go here.

The laser car wash is almost always broken and you will not receive a refund for it. Buyer beware!

Paid 14 dollars for a car wash that didn’t work. I have no way to reach someone to let them know the wash didn’t work. My car is currently still dirty and now covered in dried rainbow soap. ?

Busted line. This place is awful. Most of the sprayers don’t work it looks like this place just got let go with no maintenance.

Terrible place car wash didnt start working even when it said it was on. The bill changer does not give you the amount you put in. And the self seevice doesnt even take quarters….. do not go here

This is the second time i purchase " work = $14 " to wash my car , and in the middle of the process the machine stopped while my car still dirty so i have to spend another amount of money to clean it somewhere , and there's no number to call for any issues .

Self wash station took my $6 from tap to pay but NONE of the services would function. They lit up, but would not turn on when buttons were pressed. No way to contact owner for refund.

I’ve had the vacuum machines at this place take my money too many times. I’ve never reported cuz there’s no phone number listed. It happened again today when I paid two bucks and no suction. How can I get a refund? The one remaining machine usually works but today it didn’t.

This place is a joke. Either pay a ridiculous amount to hand wash your car the right way, or from what I’m seeing others share, over pay for a worthless touch feee wash.
