I am an organizer/ office supply addict. I have always DREAMED of walking in to an Erin Condren store one day. After moving to Austin, I was so excited to walk in there and *swoon*. That was not the case. The store and inventory were disorganized, the side of the shop dedicated to ATX merch looked very bare and a bit dusty. I wasn’t impressed.

Loved going here. I’ve always ordered on line so experiencing the store was awesome. Loved creating and personalizing my journal in store and getting it the same day! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth stopping in if you ever get the chance.

A wide selection of planners, stationary goods. I was helping a friend to get a customized calendar planner there. Serena took care building the customized planner for us by going step-to-step through each of and every parts of the process, while going through video chat with my friend.

I’ve ordered my planners from here since 2019, these last few years prior to ordering it shows an expected “delivered by date” then after purchase and checking tracking days later it shows the expected shipping date 10 days after the original delivery date prior to purchase.

Very kind employees! Got me just what I needed, I had trouble with a gift exchange and they got me completely taken care of!! Very understanding and quick, I got my customized journal back faster than they had said. Excellent service!

Customer service is severely lacking. No one helped me when I walked in and even when I decided to walk around for awhile until someone did. None of them were busy and none helped. I walked up to the register and asked a girl with black medium length hair and bangs wearing glasses a question about my old planner and she gave me a “are you stupid?” look so I said, “I don’t know why you made that face” to which she didn’t respond. I took my old planner and left. Never buying from Erin Condren again or coming here.

Dec 28, 2023I ordered a planner and blanket on 12/21 in the early morning and paid the extra $35 to have it overnight (next business day in the afternoon) it was delivered on 12/26. When I reached out the company this was their response. First of all, we are sorry for the confusion regarding the production and delivery process. I understand that you have chosen the Overnight(Next Business Day Afternoon) but your order was not shipped overnight. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please know that most of our orders will ship within 3-6 business days. During peak seasonal times, that window may extend to 7-10 days plus your shipping method. While they acknowledge it was not shipped overnight they do not refund them only stated to give me a $7 store credit.User's recommendationDo not use any of their shipping other than standard they do not understand the meaning of overnight

If you love notebooks, pens, stickers, and other crafty organizing supplies, this is the store for you. I'm lucky they had a 30% off storewide sale because I bought way more than I'd intended haha!

This was my second time at the store for a new planner. I left with 2. One to use for work and a personal planner. The store has a bright and fun atmosphere. I have ordered Eein Condren plannera online for years, but now I prefer to visit the store. Being able to see and touch the items before purchasing is a plus. It's now an annual trip.
