If I could give this business and location a zero star I would. I rented a car online. I went to pick it up. They did not have the car. The lazy employee said we have had a hard time With Covid keeping the cars in- sorry. What a crock of BS. I then said he could have called me to let me know. The worst customer service and laziest people ever. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Is this a shell company?

Worst customer service ever! Mark at this location has a lot of attitude. Makes customers wait like crazy and has no sense on how to treat a customer. Stay away from this location if possible.

I was delighted with the friendly and helpful customer service from Rachel and Alissa. They brought a very nice car to me at the repair shop. After completing the paperwork, they took the time to show me the basics of the dashboard and instrument controls. The cost was very reasonable and the vehicle was perfect. The experience was equally pleasant when I returned the car to the repair shop nine days later.

This is theeee worst enterprise that is out there. I called for a cargo van and was told that they were out ok. I asked a simple questions as to why does it show online and the guy tells me their manager hasn’t sold them out online. I said that’s false advertisement and disappointing because your location is nearest me. He said oh ok. When I called back I got a gentlemen by the name of OBI, the very 1st thing I did was ask for all names who are working. Obi, Lou and Issac, I'm pretty sure it was issac. My point is this is what enterprise customer service looks like. If so I don't want anything to do with them. The way I was handled and mistreated is unfair. I simply just wanted to move my things to my new home and now it's been made even more frustrating and difficult. I would like someone to rectify this issue. I am going to the furthest extent with Corporate!

I recently rented a vehicle from this location after my car ended up in the shop and I needed a rental the same day. I booked the rental on-line and accidentally booked for the next day with a pre-paid transaction. When I realized my mistake, I called the office and they said they would try to get me something even though I had booked for the wrong day. I took an Uber to the office and they put me in a large van that would have rented for a much higher price than the car I had originally reserved. I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving! Vivienne was extremely helpful and did everything possible to get me back on the road even though it was my mistake that caused all of the issues. Teddy was also very helpful in getting me checked in and on my way. I am very grateful to both of these individuals for helping me out of jam!

Made a reservation on March 20th for a car to be picked up approximately 3 hours later. I did my part - showed up on time And guess what - no cars. I was stranded as I had taken an Uber to get there. I understand this happens, but there is no reason a phone call to the customer was not made by this staff. The best thing was that the employee gave me the unfortunate news after taking my license and putting my info in the computer. This team of employees cost me money and time - what an embarrassment - where is the service? I am a president's circle renter with Hertz and used Enterprise out of what I thought was for convenience. How do they run their business like this? I really enjoyed watching employees go on their lunch break as I sat in the lobby waiting for another Uber to take me to Hertz.

I saw some reviews and was a little worried but they had the best customer service! They picked me up and dropped me off. I needed the car for a couple more days, called in and they extended it over the phone. It was a very pleasant experience!
