horrible. they don't even answer the phone when you have a reservation with them. then your insurance agent tries, and they don't answer for them either. clowns.

Post COVID non-existent customer service in full force. Another one of many service industries that no longer give a semblance of a care anymore. Lack of acknowledgement when I went to pickup upon opening, after waiting 15 mins in the dark. Then to receive a vehicle that is degrees worse than the Uber I had to take there. Filthy, hail damage, missing exterior gas tank door, fob looks like it was eaten and passed and I was gifted with someone’s sock in the drivers seat.

Will not recommend this location, the employees here are thief’s. I drop off a rental and my daughter forgot her airpods pro instead of getting a call back letting us know they where kept and taken out of the case soo they won’t be located. Called and they stated they where not in the lost items, and of course i knew that will happen but to whoever took them is definitely a low life with no respect. Made a claim with corporate,avoid this location the most you can.

Manager Sam took great care of us! He welcomed us to his office and got us fixed up with a car very quickly. He has great customer service skills. Dealing with Sam was good for my morale after I got rear ended in an accident and needed a rental to take care of post-accident business. This old disabled veteran was treated well.

Sam is great and everyone in that office was extremely helpful.Now the issue is that for 1-way rentals, Enterprise only accepts credit cards. That doesn't work if your credit card has expired and the new one got lost in the mail.I'm still waiting on the new card, my trip pushed back by days and I have the amount for the trip plus the $300 hold sitting in 2 separate bank accounts that I could use if Enterprise would take a debit card for 1-way rentals.

I returned a car to the Austin, TX Ed Bluestein Blvd location over two weeks ago, same shape as I got it. Today they’re trying to file a damage claim against me, saying I left dents in it. Totally false. I’ve tried to call them all day to discuss and they don’t answer. Not cool. 0 stars, do not recommend. EDIT: they also want me to do all the legwork and spend even more time sending a bunch of emails to their corporate office. Instead of just answering their phone at literally any point during the day (I called six times, was placed in auto hold for 10 minutes+ and disconnected each time).

Never answers the fawkin phone like wth I'm supposed to do?! Also they only ever have like 2 ppl on duty and they're always overwhelmed.. idk wtf happened to the rental car industry. I'm 22 and don't remember my mom going through shit like this

It's been a month of having a reservation and I still don't have a car from this location. No call backs, no attempt for service. I had "priority status" too. Telling all my friends to avoid this place.
