this used to be my favorite nail salon. it is pricey but seemed worth it (I just thought they may be paying their employees what they deserved). Unfortunately, I will not go back anymore, given their poor customer service. I was charged a fee for an appointment, which I missed because I DID NOT receive an email confirmation. I explained to the front desk lady that I thought my request for an appointment did not go through, since I received error messages saying that my card was not accepted and since I did not receive any confirmation. In fact, I had even made a reservation for following day! well, too bad, they lost one customer.

Kate does amazing job for pedicures. She leaves your feet smooth and soft. Always happy when I leave there with a great pedicure!

This salon gives some of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had. The polish selection is amazing and the biggest plus for me is that they only offer natural nail services, so no acrylic smell. Lovely experience every time. Only suggestion would be offering a membership!

I would give this place more stars if I could. Best pedi ever. Desiree was so gentle and the salon is so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

This is my wife’s favorite nail salon. She loves the all natural aspect of Embellish with organic manicures and pedicures. The place is nice and clean and I like how they have some local goods for sale upfront like bags, shirts, knickknacks, and more. My wife got me a petty, and it was great. They don’t have the bigger massage chairs, but the Services is great, and the staff there is really friendly. You can tell they don’t use chemicals here because when I walked in the door I wasn’t overwhelmed with a chemical and industrial smell. This place is really good and I recommend them.

I have been going to Embellish for years for special occasions (great for groups!) and now they are my #1 go-to for mani's and pedi's because of the quality I get EVERY time. Ask for Alex! You also get an optional hot neck wrap while you watch Rom-Coms on the big screen TV! There's also an adorable boutique, great for last minute gifts or impulse purchases. Highly recommend!

Been going to Embellish for over 15 yrs. I mainly go to the one on Anderson lane. Every pedicure has been great. Never an infection or ingrown nail. Today, I had a pedicure with Michelle and the massage was fantastic too. This is my go to spot and locally owned too which is important to me.

Fantastic nails every time. Xena and Janet have done pedicures and manicures that last so long and look good. They apply perfect layers, especially gel, so that it’s even and not too thick like other places. And the hot neck wrap and M&Ms are a huge plus! Super friendly staff.

I called in advance asking about nail art. This was not detailed art either. Basically colored tips/French tips. I even sent pictures. We arrived today for my teen to get her nails done. Both of us excited...the nail tech refused to do anything but one color. She said there was no time. She wouldn't even do a French tip. We got here 10 minutes early and had a full hour appt. I'm not sure why this wasn't enough time w/clean nails not needing to have anything soaked off etc.... I don't know why we were led to believe this was possible when we called in advance. We won't be back. UPDATE: The front desk person politely reached out to me before we left. She apologized for the confusion and comped our service. For this I changed the stars on the review. I appreciate this. We did get a good manicure it just wasn't what we had originally planned on. I appreciate them taking the time to understand and correct the error.
