5-star experience with Classic Collision S. Congress in every way. From Octavia at the front desk to Roger, who coordinated the entire repair process. Everyone was personable, professional, and excelled in their field. They were super helpful with navigating the rental car process as well. The customer lounge area was bright, clean, and comfortable. It was a plus that everyone was calm and upbeat which helped after being hit by another car.

I had excellent service at Classic Collision! I was greeted with very friendly and helpful staff (esp Jacob). I had gone to two different auto body shops before but classic collision was able to help me with my car bumper issues the same day! I was beyond happy with my service and would highly recommend.

Great experience here. I think I finally found my go-to body shop.
Cesar was the most communicative and helpful contact. He worked miracles to make sure I got all the repairs I needed after being hit. Without him going above and beyond to get things moving at Kemper Insurance (pray to god you never get hit by someone with that insurance), I might have been delayed weeks.
The front desk staff is also consistently friendly and kind!

Couldn’t have asked for better service!! They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and rental car service; I put in minimal effort during the whole process. I even had a chip in my windshield unrelated to the body work, and they had a referred glass company who came and fixed my windshield while it was being repaired. The timeline and process went as it was explained on the first day. I received regular text updates on the progress of my repair, and it was finished a day early. The repairs looked perfect AND they cleaned the inside and outside of my car before I picked it up. Zero complaints.

Drew from the service department provided a flawless customer experience. He was always quick to respond and proactively updating me on what was going on. He kept me in the loop with how conversations were going with the insurance company and I felt a strong sense of sincerity in my interactions with him. It's hard to find genuine teams in repair shops that don't try and take as much as they can from you and Classic Collision is one of the ones you can trust. They got my AMG back to me in perfect condition with a nice detail as well.

Recently brought my vehicle here for hail damage, staff was very friendly and helpful. Cant remember the gals name at the front desk but she was SO sweet each time we talked about updates on my vehicle.

0 ZERO! Rude and thieves work here. I took my car in Friday for mechanic work, I was rushed to give up my keys like they were quick to steal my belongings from my vehicle. My glove department was empty everything was empty. That’s why I had to sign a paper because of the thieves employed here. ROGER THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE. The employees Took change (quarters, nickels, and such) from a cup I had, they left it empty. Mechanics get paid well, why do they have to steal customers property? You’re hired for mechanic and I assume to STEAL what’s NOT THEIRS also, because they made to sure to ransack my whole car like if it was the police. ROGER YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THIEVES.

Easily a 5 star experience with Logan & Classic Collision. I dropped my car off and Logan walked through the repairs with me, sent an estimate & had a rental pick me up. From there he called to give me updates and my car was ready exactly when he said it would be and it looks perfect! Very happy that this was so easy & pleasant. Thank you everyone at classic collision!

I was very impressed with the team here, from start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as not only did they vacuum my car really well, but they also fixed a minor body issue I have with my front bumper - at no extra charge! My car truly looked better after bringing it to here and I’m so glad I did. I brought my car in through my insurance and I believe one of their guys used to be an adjuster so he really knows his stuff. I’ll always recommend them and although I hope I won’t need them, I’m glad to know where to find the right team!

Do not go here!
Left my car here after I was rear-ended. Communication was horrible, and they trashed my car. It took them three weeks to put together an estimate, and that’s only because I kept calling them. Finally they told me that they had sent the estimate to my insurance two weeks ago, which was confirmed to be a lie as my insurance never received the estimate. This also became news to me when I was out of town, so I asked how much the nightly storage fees would be. The receptionist didn’t know. How does someone not know how much they charge for a service?
Each time I would call them she would transfer me to her manager’s office who was never available and whose voicemail box was full, so it was pointless to do so.
When I finally retrieved my car I noticed the interior had been trashed. They took nearly everything out of the center console and glove box (pens, coins, gum, napkins, etc…) and tossed it all over the front seats. Why???

I wish I could give ten stars! From start to finish, and every step of the way, working with Classic Collision was such a great experience. And a mega huge thank you to Trevor for being so kind, helpful, and going above and beyond! Having to take your car to get repaired is never fun, but when you work with people like Trevor and companies like Classic Collision, it really makes the process so much better. 20/10 recommend!

Had a great experience with the team. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to interact with. My repair was finished in two weeks (scraping and bending all along passenger side), and when I got my car back they had even vacuumed and wiped down the interior. Such a nice and unnecessary touch. Would definitely trust them with my car again in the future, it looks great!
