The stylists skip customers who have called ahead or have been waiting to instead give haircuts to their friends. Their friends walk in like they own the place they greet each other cheerfully and share a few jokes before giving them a haircut instead of the customer who has literally waited a whole hour (I counted). Very unprofessional and I know for a fact a lot of those people didn't call in bc I was there an hour.l there's no way! I didn't say anything bc most of the stylists there are skilled and almost always give me a good haircut but that was super off putting.

Not sure what I did wrong but been going there for 15 years and lately just seems like my business is wanted there. Last visit I had an appointment scheduled and had two people placed before me although I was on time no explanation was given no communication just seemed like it didn’t matter how I felt. So seems like I’m not wanted there so won’t be going back. Not sure what happened it does suck because I’ve always liked the haircuts but this isn’t the first time I’ve felt unwanted there. Thumbs down for not making me feel equal to other customers.

Service is horrible,owner is unpleasant, never says hi or acknowledges customers walking inNo order of customers being attended.Only reason I had to come here several times is because of its location.Will spread the word to everyone possible.
