I was recommended to use electrika by a rep at Tesla while getting my car fixed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rental car was good and Jed helped get everything sorted with the rental payment with the at fault insurance company even though they were being extremely difficult to work with. He even helped me with the diminished value claim which a few lawyers I contacted didn’t want to help with. I will be using them again.

I booked a car from Elektrica through Turo for my wedding and just over a week before the rental day they cancelled it because someone else was extending their rental. What’s the point of making a reservation if it won’t be honored? One week is short notice and I wasn’t offered any alternatives so I won’t be trying them again.

We had a great experience with Elektrica Car rentals. Richard was awesome to work with. We have used many rentals places in the past. This was the first time we used Elektrica Car rentals, it was the best rental experience we've ever had. Hassle free and no hidden cost, Richard was open on what to expect.We rented a suburban, the vehicle was dropped at our door step on time, clean and nice. We used it for a week, the ride was great, we informed Richard the time that we will hand over the vehicle, he was flexible and understanding. Most importantly he wanted to make sure we enjoyed the drive and had a good time. Pretty much no paper work, no question asked and the vehicle was picked up.Elektrica Car rentals will be the place to rental, I highly recommend and we will continue to use Elektrica Car rentals.

I have used this company now on 5 occasions and am very satisfied with the service. Yesterday I arrived at the airport on an earlier flight and they still were able to send me a driver within 20 minutes. Their drivers are professional and very courteous in addition to being friendly. I shall be booking them again in late May.

We used Elektrika's Tesla X as the Wedding Getaway car for our daughter's wedding last Saturday night. They were very accommodating, reasonably priced and a unique travel option - perfect for Austin! We got married, and the Tesla that picked us up had suicide doors and it was a real show stopper. The service was excellent and our driver went above and beyond. He waited for us patiently, and made sure we were at the right place as we were very drunk. He was kind enough to also make sure we didn’t forget our luggage, as we almost did twice! I couldn’t ask for better. If you’re going this route, rest assured you are making a good decision.

Truly a First Class company from pick up to drop off. I use them regularly for all my company's large meetings and when getting my execs and potential employees to/from the airport. Everyone always provides me with phenomenal feedback and looks forward to their next trip. The customer service from the booking agents, drivers and owner always is superb. Very good company. I had special needs and requests to transport my 96 year young Dad to multiple locations for special events and they did it with the proper vehicle for his comfort and were punctual each and every time. Abraham is my driver on every trip to Austin and he is very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service is not only great for transportation to and from the airport but also for a night out. I booked for a night out with my freind on a past visit and we both felt like celebrities. The vehicle is definitely a show stopper. The service does not disappoint. I strongly recommend!
