Buying lumber at Eastside Lumber and Decking is as good an experience as I can imagine: they have good products at fair prices, make worthwhile recommendations and deliver quickly. In less than 30 minutes, I'm in and out of their store knowing that I purchased what I need and when it will be delivered -- and every board arrives straight and is of first quality. I can't foresee any reason I'd consider shopping anywhere else.Highly recommended.

Not a customer, but one of your truck drivers was running others and I off the road this morning like a maniac. Drive how you want off duty, but when you’re manning a company vehicle that could quite literally squash my car if they fail to brake fast enough, it creates a bad impression for your business.

Sales staff were nice in the front and quick to attend to me and get payment. But good God. I only came for one piece of plywood nd 3 2x4's and I've been here an hour waiting. ??♂️, here I was trying to support small local business but I think next time I'll go back to home depot instead. This is crazy

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team here. As a woman remodeling and building her first home, Bob and Derek have been absolutely lovely to work with and always knowledgeable with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude (and Bob had never minded my many questions about products!). I would always support this locally owned business and hope you will as well. And if you don’t know this, they will price match most things with the big box stores.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery. Would highly recommend Eastside Lumber to anyone. Great customer service is hard to find these days. I’m glad to see a business is still doing the way it should be done.

I wrote an email asking for a specific piece of siding with specific dimensions in hardiplank instead of masonite., and got a response that said "we have all the standard sizes of hardieplank in stock now" from DeanApparently it was MY mistake to take that as an affirmative response, because when I drove an hour out of my way to go pick up the board with those dimensions they told me that they only has hardieboard not hardieplank, that it would never work in place of masonite, they didn't have that size in wood either and when I showed them their own email from an hour previous Dean raised his voice and said "I said Standard Sizes!"Apparently he couldn't be bothered to read two whole sentences of email and only read the one half of the word "hardie" and I was supposed to understand that he had disregarded the rest of it.Listen: Maybe if you are a builder or something that is going to buy 2000 board feet they will give you the time of day. But even then I wouldn't want to support their dishonesty. As an individual: Avoid!

I bought 2 x 6 pressure-treated pine for my deck supposedly #1 grade but it was more like #3 terrible. Go somewhere else!! I ordered wood over the phone gave the guy my credit card and supposed to be delivered, my contractor called to check on it and they said they had no record BS! Amateurs!!

My husband went into the shop and they were very mean. They treated treated him like trash. Worst customer service!! Don’t go!
