During the checkout process, the guy signing me out added a set of moving blankets and dolly without me asking for it. It wasn't in the truck or anywhere. I had to challenge it with uhaul after the fact since I had done everything else online. Very sketchy.

Edited to add after pickup info.og/ I haven't picked up my reservation yet but they called me telling me I had to reschedule to earlier or go to another location because they close at 12 on Saturday and don't rent the vans after.Edit:The rental process was easy, the lady checked me in with her cell phone. It was quick, and the cargo van was easy to drive. When I returned it, there was someone there to tell me where to park it when I got back.

The owner Monique is not legit she sold me a vehicle and not even 2 weeks later she had it repoed because she claimed that the bank didn't approve the sale but from my understanding I was waiting for 45 mins to an hour the day of the sale waiting on the approval from the bank once she submitted all of my information and did a credit check I signed all of the documents and left without the car and I had to return that next morningalso I did not pay her until the next morning because she stated that she was waiting on someone to come and put a device on it, it had to have the device before I could drive off in it, long story short she's janky and shouldn't have took my car back without me not paying my first car note which is due Dec. 11th and here it is Nov. 29 and if the bank didn't approve it she shouldn't have took my money or gave me the car so I would not recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle or uhaul from this place she is very bad business and should not be still standing!!!
