Dude at the shop was fast asleep with a blanket and sunshades on at 10am on 9/7/24 and wouldnt wake up to sell me anything.

I asked a nice lady who worked there for some help, she said that she is substituting for someone else but she was very nice to me, right before Christmas! Thank you and hope you will get back the same goodness!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The guy who was there with terrible tattoos had no customer service and refused to sale me a vape because my sisters who are 21+ did not have their ID yet I am 25 years old. Also, a customer before me who looked younger was not asked for an ID. They pick and choose who to ID.

Would rate it zero if I could. Rude red head demanded everyone be ID'd in my car after I returned to my car to get more more cash. I was the only one in the car........ safe to say I will never return. I hope they find more competent employees in the future.

Bought a vape that didn't work, immediately came back in and they refused to replace it. For claiming to be the best vape store in Tx I’m pretty peeved.Take your business to happy clouds they back up their products and have nicer staff.

Overpriced and rude. My friends shop sent me there for vape juice because he didn't carry it. When I got there they were trash talking his store and products, really disappointing. While I was there someone bought a drug pipe for crystal drugs??? They're selling mef pipes in the hills of Barton springs, insane... Nasty place I won't be back..

I called an asked of they had a tabbacoo/ flavorless around 20mg. The young guy said yes so I drove there for the same gut to pull off the shelf a 35 MG tabacco, a mint flavor and an apple flavor......

Drip city = Scam city and they sell to minorsI was refused service for a non stick pad after asking for a potential refund if the product was damaged which seemed to be the case when looking at it in my hand. He assured me it had a plastic film you peel off therefore it would be smooth and not shattered/rough. I said ok I’ll take it but if there isn’t plastic that peeled off and left a non stick pad rough and shattered, that I could return it. He said no sorry I’m not going to sell it to you. I caught him in a scam and he put it right back on the shelf to screw over the next customer. Also everything in the store has been overpriced by double and sometimes more with some products.
