I never thought I would sit down and write a glowing 5 star review for a UPS store, but here is why! I've used this UPS store for three years and counting, including for Amazon returns, notary services, and shipping services. I've consistently had a positive experience going to this store. The owner is professional, friendly, and customer oriented! She always asked me how my day is going and seems to genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience. They also added a self-service kiosk to expedite the process, so it's awesome to see how they're constantly finding ways to improve their business. As far as the negative reviews here, I read through them and most of them seem directed at one or two low performing employees who are no longer at the store. For anyone who is on the fence reading this review, please give this store a shot and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised :-) Thank you for your outstanding service!

Customer is never right. I'm shocked this place has any stars with the lack of customer service afforded. I was treated like a nuisance and I won't be back.

HORRIBLE service so rude and they literally tried to steal my package (which was a designer jeweler) because there is no other explanation for it, i showed them my track passage , delivered and ready for pick up all 3 times they told me they don't have it and I need to stop wasting everyone's time, they even cursed at me on the phone when I called them 6 times throughout the week..:.. literally went behind the counter and found it mysteriously myself right by the printer the 3rd time I went up there

Pretty good service. The people were kind. PSA UPS has a policy where they charge you to print a label (~$5) so make sure you print them before hand. $5 for a piece of paper seems extensive so UPS should do better. But the people were really nice about it.

When you say I'm sorry you feel that way, you completely dodged the fact that I was treated differently than the other costumer doing the same thing I was doing.Blue hair girl was not humble and she was not polite. The woman with long brown hair and the gentleman can both be described that way though. You not apologizing for how i was treated by your worker is you not accepting responsibility for my poor experience. I will never return to your store. Multiple items have never been returned to amazon and I was charged for them. I've been experiencing these issues but never spoke up until now. Join the local wells branch group and you'll hear plenty of of people that have similar stories with this store as myself.

BEWARE of junk fees! There is a new owner of this business and to rent a postal box for one year the quoted price is $339, same as the other UPS stores in the Austin area. However that quoted price at this store is a lie! I discovered that I must pay and aditional $130 in junk fees. This includes setup fee, deposit, and other junk fees. The fees were not disclosed until my credit card was charged, whereupon I asked why the mailbox rental fee was $469 instead of $339. I resent being fleeced like this. I did not rent the box.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and (best of all) I can get there on foot in a few minutes from my house! Almost nothing is nearby in this part of town, so it's FANTASTIC to have this resource so close by for my Amazon returns and the occasional shipment of gifts to friends. No bus, no muss -- my favorite! I know this branch is locally owned as well, so I'm happy to support a small business owner in our community.

I'm giving this store 5 stars just for getting rid of Mike. Mike, you were a consistent, reliable low point in anyone's day. I will now mail things without having to deal with Mike's persistent rudeness. Stay mad, Mike.

Mike Goswami, the main dude who runs this store, is the bee's knees. He does everything for his customers. I have rented the mailbox 154 since February of 2018, and I have always had above average service from Mike and his associates. I recently moved to Galveston, so I had to close my mailbox. I will really miss Mike and his people! What a true gem of a person!

This store was so rude. My daughter asked how much did it cost to use their computer he gave us a price and my daughter was like that is expensive. He went on to say well you can go buy a 700 dollar computer and print anything you want. I looked at him and told him he was rude and he said no just honest. We walked out. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this store again

I LOVE THIS STORE -- Everyone there HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY KIND AND HELPFUL when I call multiple times throughout the month with questions. I have been doing business with this store for years - MIKE is amazing. He calls me when I get specific mail pieces without me even requesting the call - I couldn't ask for better customer service.

I had an Amazon return, and the customer service here was fast and efficient despite the number of patrons coming and going at a rapid pace. Their fine handling lead to a quick refund to me from Amazon, so thank you!
