I had a horrible experience with this dealer, went to buy a truck, a few days later I get a call from Brad asking if I had my title, I said no the bank should have it, as I financed it. He said oh well we lost it and are trying to get your plates. Months later I’ve gone through 2 expired temp tags, and they still can’t find my title or get me my plate. Truck is paid off, and has been for the last 5 months. Still have no plates, and no title. I would not recommend to do business with these guys.

Called in to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. Simply asked if they would finance to someone with new credit at zero down (not myself). They said good luck and almost hung up on me. I told them well I would still be interested in buying the vehicle because it was hard to find that particular one, to which they responded that they were busy with other customers and would give me a call back. Never called me back or tried to set up any sort of arrangement. I believe he assumed I’m broke due to my first inquiry? Not only that but he immediately raised the price by $1000 using the info I gave him. What a dishonest and unprofessional dealership. Car sold, lucky find to whoever got it, hope their experience was better!

After a few months of searching for a particular vehicle I came across Down Under Auto Sales. I made contact with them and spoke to Evan. He was very open and honest about the vehicle and allowed me to have it inspected the same day. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle.
