I just had a custom piece made for my wife, for Mother's Day. Liz and Bob both were exceptional in making sure all questions and concerns were answered prior to building the necklace. They added a link to the necklace so it can be worn at two different lengths. Great craftsmanship and affordable. Will surely be coming back for more custom pieces.We got referred to Wilson Jewelers by a family member. Be sure to give them a chance, better quality work than the big name jewelers.

We visited Wilson Jewelers based on a recommendation and we are delighted. Whether attentive listening and design for a custom engagement piece or meticulous restoration of heirloom jewelry and more, we have been beyond satisfied. Communication is outstanding and the work is precise and timely. It is especially great to have the consistent, friendly, super knowledgeable service Liz provides as she greets and responds to customers. We highly recommend Wilson Jewelers for watch restoration (thank you!) and their selection of ready to enjoy jewelry too. We are grateful that any work needed is done onsite. They are the best all around.

Wilson Jewelers is going to take care of you -- when I contacted Liz about designing an engagement ring for my fiancée, she was incredibly easy to work with and the product was stunning.We came back to get our wedding bands -- same experience of high quality and service. When you visit the store you don't have to talk to a pushy salesmen -- its always the same folks in there (Normally the owner is within earshot and always happy to answer questions).Don't waste your time at big box jewelry stores (I've been there). Invest your money and time into a business and product that is going to take care of you and take the time to understand your needs.Thanks Liz!- Caden

Wilson Jewelers is the best! We got my engagement ring here and both our wedding bands. I’m pretty picky and they custom made exactly what I wanted. They also made a necklace out of my grandma’s diamond ring for me to wear for the wedding. Everything was so perfect! Chris and his team were so helpful and kind and the turn around time was super reasonable and most importantly I felt like I was getting a great deal! 10/10 recommend

Couldn’t recommend them more! Bob listened to exactly what we wanted and crafted the perfect ring for her! They provide outstanding quality and value. The staff was extremely welcoming & friendly. Love this little jewelry store. They helped me sort out some jewelry that my daughter inherited and figured out what was costume vs. real. The lady who helped me was super nice. They also cleaned my engagement ring for free and it looks so beautiful and shiny. (I think there may be a cost to some cleanings depending on the type of metal/stone).

I called this store looking for a replacement watch band 10 minutes before they closed. Having difficulty explaining what I needed, I asked if they would wait a moment for me to drive there. To my amazement, they stuck around a couple minutes past closing for me and provided phenomenal service. Very friendly and inviting staff. I was impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to help. I will absolutely be returning to Wilson Jewelry for any future watch needs I have.

Awesome, long time Austin family style jewelry store excellent for repairs occasionally buys specific estate items from the public and other sources call and check first or email with photos attached for an appointment very cool laid-back austinites. Don't go downtown they can't afford their rent to get out to Burnet road so you don't get bent.

I wish I could give these folks a good review. Local ownership, in business a long time. But to earn a good review, you have to do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. Wilson Jewelers is unable to fulfill requests in a timely fashion. I am in walking distance of the shop, and so have taken business there several times, but I will no longer do so. They have been extraordinarily slow and uncommunicative. Most recently, I brought a watch in for a cleaning and new battery. "A couple of days" they told me. After a couple of days, I called. It became "a couple of weeks." After a couple of weeks, I called. It became "a couple more weeks." Two months later, I finally got my watch back.So if you want a shop that is slow and uncommunicative, this is your place.
