This garage was top notch! Took my Jeep to another shop, not even 1 car in the work bay. They told me they would need theJeep dropped off for the day for them to diagnose the problem. I drove right up the street to Don Rucker’s - they were amazing - within a hour they had the problem diagnosed and fixed! Emilio was the tech and he was GREAT!!! He advised me that one of my headlights needed replacing - before I left he had fixed that issue as well. I would highly recommend this garage and will be back.

I have dealt with the folks at Don Rucker Tire for almost 40 years, going back to their days in Houston. I have relied on them to maintain my vehicle, my kids’ vehicles and the vehicles at the places where I have worked. They are honest, fair, courteous and trustworthy. When they say I need something fixed, it’s real. And when I don’t need something fixed or when a cheaper tire will work just fine, they tell me that as well.
This is a third generation family-owned business, and it feels like it every time I walk into their shop. They care about their customers, their community and above all, the name on the building. They take great pride to guard the reputation they have built, and I’m grateful for the service they have provided to me and my family over the years.
Great people. Highly recommend.

Always bring my trucks here and have always had excellent service. From oil changes,inspections,new tires etc. All the employees and owner seem to really care for their customers.

Not a great place if you’re wanting to take your exotic wheels to. They scratched up my friends wheels and then held the repair money hostage (that was much lower than the cost of repair) until they removed the review

Awesome team here at Don Rucker! New to the area and I used them for a couple of inspections.
Last week I needed a full set of tires mounted and balanced on my 370z and also had 2 leaking tires on my QX60. All turned around in a couple of hours!

My personal experience with Don Ruckers shop on 3 separate occasions have been nothing but great. Their labor rate is competitive, they do great work, and I can tell they have invested in keeping talent within their company. The employees have all been very kind to me and other folks I’ve seen. Their desk representative Jake is a very cool dude, and Don is often at the shop and is always great to see. I personally recommend Don Rucker to folks, friends and family! For a shop, they do true and honest work. Hard to find in Austin!
