Customer service is lacking, the lady at the front is always mad and screams at customers. I went with a Spanish speaking person and the lady didn’t even try to help her like others would she just said “I don’t understand you” and just brushed her off. They are very very rude. And it just shows how unprofessional and not caring they are. If your gonna work as a cashier at least have a little bit of respect for the customer and not scream at them.

Went into the store
for necessites & was shopping around. Asked for the restroom & was met with two attitudes that matched the stench of the store. The white woman told me to walk a block away for the restroom. She was VERY rude. She started screaming at me and the hispanic woman told me I just came to make a mess. I just left the basket. I will not be shopping here again!

It's fine but I don't know what happened if a very strong liquid was poured on it and it was very dirty and the cashier was in a very bad mood??? but the place is fine

It smells so bad inside this store. Be prepared to wear a mask in there unless you want to smell that awful foul smell. It smells like a bunch of wet dogs. I feel so bad for the workers that have to stay in their during their shift. They really need to do something about this if they want to retain their customers.

Terrible staff. They allow panhandlers to accost you. The manager who said she had COVID told me I needed to be at home if I had it. The older Hispanic clerk is very rude and consistently claims to not have items that are behind the counter. Even when you can see them like chargers you will be told it's not the one you need.They don't know how to ring up orders with credit and debit cards and require at least three chances before they manage to figure it out. They also never allow you to use your store discounts when you enter your number when prompted they get annoyed tell you nothing you have qualifies and refuse to complete the transaction if you enter your number. They are very antagonistic and make comments that would get you fired anywhere else. With all the other stores in this area I suggest you avoid this store at all costs. I will be.

Not a good location. Upon walking in there was an incident that occurred with a homeless person. The area is in infested by homeless people and a drug location across the street in the woods

Dirty location, slow to check out unorganized .When I went to check out they didn't put all my items in the bag so they rang me up for deodorant , twizzlers, contact solution some quick meals toothpaste and some chocolate.The twizzlers , contact solution and deodorant never made it into my bag.
