I sat in a few days ago while my mom was getting serviced and I really enjoyed the energy and atmosphere! Especially the energy of the front desk ladies, both made sure I was comfortable and tended to even though I wasn't getting any service. They really set the tone for everything very welcoming, enjoyed the conversations and laughter that filled the salon.

My hairstylist closed shop, and I was devastated because it is hard to find someone who does a pixie cut well. The owner of Dolce had posted on a Facebook group I’m in, so I figured let me give this place a chance. I am so glad I did! Emily has been cutting my hair for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. While she was not familiar with a pixie when I first went in, she’s a quick learner and super talented. I will be going in for a color consult with her soon as well! Highly recommend Dolce Salon.

Dolce Salon is the best. Fantastic atmosphere and everyone is welcoming, and the vibe is super positive.
Of course, it’s the quality of the stylists that is what truly shines. I have been a client for over 10 years and always leave loving my new look. Thank you to Cris and everyone at Dolce. You always make my day!

I am over ten year client at Dolce and have never been disappointed the next day. That is a rare salon quality. Besides this, I love the experience on every visit. The staff and all stylists are always welcoming and make sure to greet me by name and make sure I'm comfortable if there is a wait. The surroundings are bright and super clean. Owner Cris Coleman is the nicest lady; always smiling and runs Dolce as a family affair. If there were more stars to give I definitely would.

absolutely horrible experience. they gave me purple streaks in my hair UNWARRANTED. I showed them a picture to use as inspo and it was just a dark brown. The hair dresser put PURPLE streaks in my hair and never even mentioned it in the consultation. she never mentioned red or purple. this is ridiculous. after I complained, they offered a free redo the next day but she didn't care enough to FIX it completely so she washed my hair with dawn dish soap. they don't give refunds OR take accountability for their mistakes. do not go here and do not waste your time on this shit establishment!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience and so disappointing. She literally put purple streaks in my hair unwarranted!!!!! We never ever once mentioned purple, the photo I showed her had no purple. It was unbelievable and the costs are outrageous. No refunds are given either… only a free 7-day redo policy but during mine she washed my hair with dish soap to strip it of the purple color. Didn’t offer to re-dye it.
Save yourself the stress and the money and go elsewhere. Worse place ever. Waste of time and money. It was a simple ask!

Emily is a Blonde expert queen! I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did she perfectly match the shade of blonde I was looking for, but gave the best after treatment making my hair feel super soft! Her attention to detail and expertise in all things hair-related really shines through in her work. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you want a top-notch hair experience. The last photo is my before which was done just 1 month prior from a different salon, it was hard to trust someone new but soo happy to have found Emily!

I moved to Austin 5 years ago and have been looking for my "home" salon ever since- so glad I made my appointment with Virginia at Dolce. I drove out from the Lake Travis area for a consultation, and I could tell that she was very thoughtful, patient and professional. She had the perfect balance of listening to what I want, while also shared her professional opinion. When it came time for my cut and color appointment, she was meticulous. I have very fine, straight blonde hair...but I have a lot of it....and I was requesting a blunt bob. She never made me feel like it was an inconvenience to give me the cut (which I have definitely experienced in other salons) and she gave me that mirror to checkout the side and back angles no less than 5 times to make sure I was confident and happy with the cut. The color she suggested for the partial highlights and shadow roots was exactly what I didn't know I needed. I 100% recommend booking with Virginia.

Cris (owner) is amazing!! I came back here to see her specifically and she did not disappoint. She was straightforward and open with me, we chatted about my hair goals - I asked and she delivered. My hair looks BETTER than the reference pictures I gave her and feels better than it ever has after having been bleached. If you want your hair done right, go see Cris

Worst haircut I’ve gotten. I asked for a trim, layers, fixing of bangs and face framing. The stylist cut my hair in a straight line, adding no layers or face framing.
The website said haircuts were $55+ and when I got there nobody informed me that the stylist cutting my hair charges $90. I was shocked about the high pricing especially considering the quality of the haircut.
This place is a scam. Save your time and money! You could easily get a better cut at Supercuts or great clips.
