We had the privilege of working with Arlene Maze with the sale of our home(complicated estate sale) in Austin and then in the purchase of our "forever home". Arlene is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is a true professional, and also a personable, easy going, very kind, and always in a good mood.From the start we knew we wanted to work with the best agent out there and we were lucky to meet Arlene. She knew every street and the details that are important when looking for a home. She also quickly had insights about houses we saw, and she understood our taste and knew what we are looking for right from the start. Only with Arlene's help we found our future home. It is with great joy we write this review for Arlene and her team at Dochen Reality Group.When we moved our family from New York City to Austin unexpectedly this year, it was met with a great deal of quick planning, long distance conceptualizing, and good ol' stress. And we are here to tell you, all of that was easily extinguished by Arlene.Arlene was kind, humble, experienced and clearly looking out for our wellbeing in this journey. My husband and I used Leah Roustan as our realtor to find our first home here in Austin Texas area. Leah was very responsive, knowledgeable and fun to work with! She made the home buying process smooth and efficient as we flew down for a weekend to find our house. We cannot recommend Leah enough and will absolutely be using her again someday!

We had the pleasure of working with Realtor Leah Gay Roustan when purchasing a rental property a few years back. We weren’t local to the area in which we were purchasing, which can be stressful, however, Leah was extremely knowledgeable about the market, had strong connections and vendor recommendations in the area, and overall made the experience seamless and stress free (well, as stress free as purchasing a home can be). She was always accessible and quick to respond and advocated for us at every stage in the process. I highly recommend Leah for your real estate needs!

Leah did amazing at working with us to buy our ranch property and future dream home! She was patient and always willing to drive as far as we needed to, to hunt down the perfect property - looking at large properties outside of Austin is time consuming and not easy, but Leah was ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond. When we found the perfect one, she expertly guided us through the process of negotiation and handled everything professionally. We bought when the market was hot, and we were nervous we might not win the bid, but she helped us navigate everything and landed us our dream home! My husband and I had an amazing experience working with our Realtor Leah Gay Roustan at Dochen Realtors! This was our first experience selling and then buying a home at the same time. We knew the area where we wanted to move, but were uncertain of how to prepare for selling. Leah took the time to help us understand the logistics of selling/buying and we made a plan! She was professional, responsive, and always available to guide us through the process. Leah helped us negotiate a quick sell on our home and then got us under contract for the new house in the neighborhood we wanted. We are now settled in our new home and loving it!
