These guys rock. They had the tires i needed shipped up from another store and installed them right at closing time to get me back on the road after a nasty pothole in Cedar Park. Thanks!
Edit 5/13/2024 - Made an appointment yesterday. Came in today and even when they were slammed, they remembered me and my car. They found bigger issues than I expected and were able to get nice new Michelins installed before EOD. These folks ROCK. Nothing but an entire crew of hard-working, customer-pleasing BAMFs. I'm done with Costco tires. This is the ONLY shop I'll be getting tires from for the foreseeable future.

I got a screw in my tire on the way to work Saturday morning and despite being there almost 30 min prior to opening, the manager walked out, greeted me in the parking lot and let me know what I could expect to get up and going. They had me in the bay early and got me on the road by 8:08am, which was just unbelievable. Thank you for making that experience quite pleasant, Jonathan, I’ll keep my business here!

you guys are so great, I’ve been here several times, but I just have to sing their praises. I had a valve out on my tractor tire, and I took it in there, expecting to wait in line for such a small thing, and not only did I not have to wait in line, but they fixed it for free! Really love working with these guys. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, and I can’t see changing anytime soon!

I've always had a good experience with discount tire. I brought my neighbor's car there because she had a flat tire. They treated her like she was one of their best customers. She's never been there before but I can guarantee you she's going to be there from now on.

I’ve been to many Discount Tires and this one is the best I’ve been to. Kylee, Miguel, and the rest of the staff I’ve encountered have always been very friendly and professional. Nobody has ever tried to push me on anything when they have explained or recommended options. I highly recommend this location.

20+ years ago, back when I was first learning how to drive, my dad told me "We are a Discount Tire family!" (Think Hank Hill) I have been shopping at Discount Tire for the last 20+ years and have always felt like they would never steer me wrong. I have had techs tell me when it was time to replace tires, and when I could go just a little bit longer. I've never questioned their advice and always appreciated their service. Until today.
This morning I took my car in with just under 30k miles on it. One rear tire had a nail and was slowly losing air. The first thing the service tech told me was that I would likely need to replace both back tires because they were worn despite only having used up half their tire life. I told him I wasn't interested today, so he went back out to actually look at the tires. After sitting in the shop for a few minutes, he came back in to tell me that both rear tires had nails, and that one had plugs in it. When I asked him to explain since I've never had tire issues on my still-pretty-new car, he said the dealer must have done it, but that both tires would have to be replaced.
I had him put the tires back on, and I took my car to Lambs where I was told that nothing was wrong with the one tire, and the other had a nail that could easily be patched. I am so disappointed in Discount and the bald-face lies I was given just to sell me something I didn't actually need. Sadly, we are no longer "a Discount Tire family."
