This place needs improvement. I went there yesterday because I had a screw in my tire rear driver tire. They said they could not apply a patch so I bought 2 new tires. This morning I wake up and my rear tire is on flat. Apparently they did not apply the sealant and the air leaked out around the rim. All my rims are scratched. Needless to say, I'm going to the dealership tomorrow.

Waited 3 hours to get an alignment just for them to tell me my car was too low and they couldn’t do it. Wish someone would’ve let me know when they first saw my car it’s not that hard to do so

I came here last week as a drop in because my tire lost a lot of air overnight. They were PACKED (after my experience I get why) and I didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone was very nice and Bradin assisted me and I'm so happy he did because he took the time to hear what was going on and go over all possible options. I knew from talking to him he would help me out the as much as possible and this is now the only tire store I will go to in the future from how nice this visit was.

I visited this place to get my tire fixed. I have discount tire's, tire protection plan and I was able to get tire replaced for a very small amount. Their tire protection plans are very good and are recommended highly.

If I could give them zero stars I would!
Went in May 3rd and was suggested to buy three tires, and I didn’t know any better and agreed. The fourth tire that wasn’t replaced was the worst but was the one they recommended I keep. I had to return May 22nd due to a bad noise I kept hearing while I drove after getting the tires replaced, they advised me that the 4th tire that their employee recommend I keep had a bad thread with a bump all around the tire.
Today May 23rd my car begins making another noise!!! Turns out the bolts were loose to my back R. Tire and it was about to come off!
They are so careless with their work, and I don’t think half the people in there know what they are doing. If you are a girl, don’t go alone here because they do not care and will misinform you. Terrible experience never ever coming here again.

Nothing is more stressful then knowing nothing about cars and coming into a shop.
Brad was hands down AMAZING!! Give this man a raise! Impeccable customer service skills, very personable and understanding. He made a stressful situation, disappear in a breeze!

Avoid this location. I’ve done a lot of business here and I’m finally done. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They told me 1 and half hours and never even touched my vehicle. I sat and watched 10 different walk ins be placed in front of mine. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Avoid this location unless you have all day to wait around and watch other peoples cars get worked on. Appointments will not help you here
