I am very impressed! I pre-ordered online and they got me in and out in less than 15 min! Maybe because I bought better than baseline tires, but they definitely took amazing care of me and updated me often! That was pretty amazing! Thanks guys!

Worked with David to get a set of 4 new tires. Ones I wanted weren’t in stock but he was able to secure a set same-day. Dropped off in the AM and picked it up around 4:30 PM.

Discount Tire has been and continues to be the best place to get new tires or get a flat fixed in Austin. Going to other tires stores is *always* more expensive, period.
I just want to give a shout out to Dylan who works at this location. He made the whole process simple and quick, dealt with my insurance professionally and got them squared away in minutes. Thanks Dylan!

Really pleased with my experience at this Discount Tire location!
Came in with a flat (nail stuck in tire) and needed a patch job. Made a reservation online the day before and I was in and out in less than an hour. Service was excellent too and no predatory upsells etc.
Wi-Fi was decent speed for working too (5-8 Mbps), plenty fast enough.
Will be back for future tire needs.

Can’t say enough good things about this location! Extremely kind, fast, and personable. I’ve been here 4 times in the past year and had a good experience every time. They also didn’t charge me labor for changing my wiper blades. Highly recommend!
