My dog loves her and she did a wonderful job! Brover didn't want to leave. Her prices are very reasonable! Definitely going back!

She told my friend she specialized in cutting Yorkies and she sure didn't! I even sent a picture of exactly how I wanted her cut and when she came home it was not even close to the pic I sent. She cut her face and ears so short and awful! She doesn't even look like a Yorkie. I also sent a bath bomb for her to use bcs she has sensitive skin and she didnt even use it! I don't recommend Yorkie parents going here. Owner is very rude!

I showed up for my first appointment and forgot my pet’s vaccination papers(my fault as she had told me to bring them when i booked several weeks in advance), but the way the owner treated me in response to me forgetting was the most disrespected I’ve ever felt in my life. I do not need to be repeatedly reprimanded for a mistake I made - that’s not how you retain/attract customers.I’m glad I ended up not dropping off my pet here and do not recommend due to poor customer service.

Shelly’s service and experience is excellent!!!! Hands down I moved from Dallas in 2020 and she was the only groomer I have used in Austin she’s awesome anyone saying other wise go kick rocks!!!!

The owner or whoever the lady running this business is the most disrespectful senile, and rude employee I've encountered anywhere. A miscommunication on their end had them cancel my appointment as I was pulling up. No accommodations were made for me I was just told to go kick rocks. I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy as the lady running it clearly has a stick up her a**Edit I was 3 minutes late and she turns into a mean old lady, hope your husband gets better lol

I have been going here since before I can even remember. Shelly truly loves my dogs and I feel so safe with them in her care. She always does a great job with their wash and cut. I won't go anywhere else.

Very rude and toxic owner that I dealt with. I didn't bring my dog's paperwork with me into the shop, and had to go back to my truck to grab it. When I tried to leave my puppy with her for a moment while I went to my truck to grab it, she said, "take the dog with you!" in a nasty, abrasive manner. I was taken aback, and I wanted to just leave then. I even tried to make a joke to lighten the mood, but she wasn't having it. I work about 80 hours a week, so didn't have time to call around and switch to a different groomer. I definitely wish I had, our dog has been acting scared and odd since we've gotten her back from there. I can only imagine how she treated our sweet 3Lb. Maltipoo puppy after how she talked to me. I feel guilty that I didn't listen to my instincts and pull her outta there. For your dog's sake look elsewhere!!

I took my little man Chaen in for his first grooming today and I am so happy with how well he was groomed and handled today. I have a groomer now who is amazing and my boy is so happy from his experience. I am so thankful my friend told me about this place!

My uncles referred this place to me for my two dogs and I’ve never looked back. I absolutely love the high quality of work and the owner’s attention to detail. I always recommend her to anyone looking for small dog grooming. Both of my dogs stay smelling wonderful for a long time after their visit and they always receive compliments on their haircuts. Also the owner is compliant when it comes to shot records and keeping track of which dogs are overdue which I appreciate. Anytime I drop off my dogs I genuinely feel she’s excited to see them. This is the ONLY groomer I’ve been to where my dogs leave happy and excited and not traumatized.

Luv Shelly and her work! She's so down to earth and very reasonably priced. Been there twice with our mini Schnauzer puppy and plan to stay. Our girl looks gorgeous thanks to Shelly!
