Jeez two days in a row delivery instructions ignored and product deemed undeliverable despite waivers and clear instructions. Call their number to get a resolution and I'm told I can go to an airport hangar to pick it up since they want to take another day to deliver it. Don't do business with these clowns or any company that does business with them.

I had an important package out for delivery since morning 9am today which had perishables in it, and i was at home to receive the delivery, i did not even go to office, and then suddenly out of nowhere i get a notification at 4pm saying the driver attempted delivery and was unable to deliver due to no one at home, which was bs , I checked my security cam footage at door, no one came no dhl van or anything at my door , they simply lied for whatever reason, this is a worst experience ever and I suggest don’t use dhl. This is so unacceptable. They charge you so high for international delivery and then they do this

Avoid at all costs. DHL is a scam and a terrible company to do business with. They have charged me 750.4 USD over the original cost of the package because they overweighed it. It was originally as 5.6 LBS package and they overweighed it at 52 LBS and now they refuse to issue a refund for their mistake.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

After trying to deal with customer service over the phone (it was impossible to get clear answers on ETA if a time sensitive package) I decided to go to this service point to see if they could help me out.Based on my experience over the phone I had little hope.But I have to say that it was the complete opposite. Charisma was incredibly helpful and in a matter of minutes solved an issue that had been going on for days. She went out of her way to help me out and I left there with my package.Amazing service and very friendly.

The carrier never show up and send me messages said no one at home. I was at home whole day and no body knock my door or the doorbell. Its ridiculous. When I called in the customer service hang up my phone call without any response. Don't use DHL in Austin!

I wish i could give them a lower score. Did they deliver the package on the day the said they would? NO. 4 days later, still no package after multiple calls and follow up. Extremely incompetent and lousy customer service. Its not hard to get a package to the destination, Amazon Fedex and UPS get it done regualrly. Also, its not hard to give accurate information, yet DHL FAILS again and again. Every day I've been told the package would arrive that day and then a new call from DHL results in more disappointment and delays.

Absolutely terrible. Look at the reviews here for Austin in particular. You'll see its a regular occurrence where DHL claims they made a delivery attempt, then they never show up. Same thing keeps happening to us where they claim to try to deliver, but we never see them (and also have cameras that show no footage of DHL trucks ever coming by). Our packages also have signature release. Customer service is really no help in these matters either.We've also had packages delivered to the wrong address on multiple occasions. One was delivered to someone we knew, so we decided to go through the entire "package recovery" process anyway. DHL claimed they would send someone over to the house they delivered at. That NEVER happened. About 10-12 days later, DHL just marked the package as "irrecoverable" and we're completely screwed.Their rates are also insane. They will definitely get the package anywhere in the world in record time. The problem is always the last mile, and when they inevitably mess that up, you're completely out of luck.

Incompetent. Had my package on their truck for delivery and they somehow lost it and many scheduled re-deliveries afterwards. I spent almost a week waiting for results of their “package trace” before I gave up and decided to drive to the service point near the Austin airport and pick it up where it was sitting the whole time as I suspected.

Update: after calling their customer service number and filing a complaint, they did retrieve my package from the wrong address and deliver it correctly by the end of the day. Still, makes me wary of using DHL in the future.Delivered our package to the wrong address. They took a photo, and it was a photo of someone else's house. I shouldn't have waived the signature needed for delivery. Now I'm out $200 in school clothes for my kids and I can't afford to reorder. Worst shipping experience ever.

DHL claims that they've delivered my package, but from the photo DHL took, it was not our house. I called DHL several times, every time they said that per the GPS location, they've delivered to the correct general area. Now that fact that the photo that the driver took was not our house, doesn't matter to DHL at all. To me, it is very clear that DHL went to the correct neighborhood, if their GPS location is correct. But it must be delivered to one of our neighbors, and the driver should go back to our area and use the photo he took to find which house he exactly left the package. But DHL's position is that since the GPS shows the general area was correct, they don't care whether they deliver it to our neighbor or not, they are not going to retrieve the package. To make it worse, because I released the signature online before the delivery, they used my release as a confirmation of the receipt of the package, and therefore my claim to get my money back is denied.

Update: After speaking to multiple customer service representatives and two supervisors, my package was finally delivered to Pakmail in Cedar Park. DHL 'attempted to deliver my package six times. I say attempted because they never really attempted to deliver it, my package just sat on there truck for a week and half and was driven everywhere except where it needed to go. DHL also did not notify me when it was delivered to Pakmail. I had just decided to check to see if there was an update to the status, and to my surprise there was. I had to send my step daughter to pick up my package because I had left to go out of town. They at first told me I did not have a package there so I had sent a screenshot of the Proof of Delivery to my step daughter. They then found my package and then tried to give me someone else's package!!! The amount of incompetence I have had to deal with is absolutely ridiculous. If a package says it is coming through DHL, save yourself the headache and get it delivered through another company.I ordered my wedding invitations from a small vendor in the UK. They were scheduled to be delivered Wed June 1. It did not arrive to Austin until the 1st and scheduled to deliver on the 2nd - no big deal. The 2nd came and went and my package never got delivered, no reason why. It was then scheduled to be delivered the 3rd by 8:30pm. Something. Never delivered and someone was home both days. Because it was a Friday and 8:30 at night, when I tried to call customer service, they were closed for the weekend. Finally called Monday and was told my package was on a truck to be delivered today, June 6th. I asked why my package was not delivered last week and they said it was due to weather on Thursday (I'm intrigued to know what what weather he was talking about as I work outside and it was fine all evening) and it got 'to lste' on Friday. Needless to say, I'm very annoyed and not very hopeful my package will be delivered today.
