Houses are so close together, that if one Vaught fire, there would be no more trailer park. They are very nice and not run down, but no yard, and you could probably talk yi your neighbor 3 doors down without leaving your home.

No available parking spots because every curb is designated for emergency vehicles spray painted red .They have no problem pulling up and towing your vehicle as quick as possible .Lots are to close together making it really congested to live ..Only 1 main entrance even though it goes back towards Pflugerville..
